  1. Looks good. An experienced party should be able to beat him, if he doesn't have any of his minions. My only suggestion would be to make his flight 0 END, and Position Shift. He seems to be able to fly with no effort, and in the Street Fighter II animated movie he gets up with no visible effort with his flight. John Spencer
  2. PRIMUS/ DEMON PRIMUS: I had then actually start recruiting lower-powered metahumans. No matter what eventually you will start to run out of applicants when you fight crazed villians with guns that don't work 10% of the time. I also changed their weapons, I wouldn't go out with a gun that doesn't fire 10% of the time, even if it is 11d6. DEMON: I also got rid of their super-tech. they are about magic, so I gave them more magic. They still have your standard mook with an Assault Rifle or Blaster, but no more Powered Armor with electic nunchaku(stupid) or any super science. John Spencer
  3. No, no. DEMON has Powered Armor flunkies with "electric nunchaku" and "Vibratory Eyeblasts". Blaster rifles, please. Seriously, I use DEMON and PRIMUS quite extensivly in my world. I think the PRIMUS e-book is awesome. Granted, I find I have to tweak things to my tastes, but I have to do that with most things. I would like to see a 5th edition organizations book with more Champions Universe information, but if not i'll just make it up. John Spencer
  4. Multiform Actually one of my characters is just like that. I told him he can spend 1 out of every 5 XPs on his multiform, and he is fine with that. He is only a multiform to keep his concept. He's not even planning on spending the other 4/5 XP on anything. The players and GM should work together to make sure the characters are balanced, since it is in their best interest, if you have players that look to "abuse" the rules to make their characters too powerful, you should rein them in or ask them to leave. It's all about everyone's enjoyment. John Spencer
  5. Multiform vs. OIHID I find that OIHID is generally used just to get extra points, as it takes almost no time to change, and barely limits you. I actually made a character change from OIHID to multiform due to Character Concept difficulties. He is a human who is cursed to be able to turn into a demon. As OIHID, his character had quite silly stats when he was "human" and only gained his actual powers when he changed. The only difficulty is convincing your player not to spend too much XP in his multiform since s/he gets 5 points for every one. John Spencer
