    City of Powers 2: Archetypes Rising, cont.
    Diving right back into our exploration of City of Heroes as we expand on how to translate the archetypes innate bonuses into Metahumans Rising. This week, we hone the focus putting some actual numbers behind each build.

    After losing the IP License there was Blood of Heroes from Pulsar games. This was an update to the rules with Blood of Heroes: Special Edition in 2000. However, I think Pulsar is effectively dead, so I'm not sure you're going to see an update to the ruleset. This may also be how DC was able to do the reprint.

    Heading to our first con since the start of the pandemic. DunDraCon (https://www.dundracon.com) has a vaccine and mask requirement so we're going to toe-in and run some games.
     
    There are three games lined up, one Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Players can pick from four game adventures:

    Hero Dossier 2: Core Legends
    Hero Dossier 2 presents the members of the Hall of Legends included in the Metahumans Rising core book. The Hero Dossier reprints each legend in an easy to use two page format. Page one gives you the hero's personal story. Page two presents is a full character sheet with game play notes.
