    could you do it as an ENDURANCE transfer? Goes to spells only? Only up to max END? A willing victim wouldn't require a "to hit roll " at all anyway. Maybe resists with an EGO ROLL ?

    In Dark Champions TAS, they suggest allowing a clue to be dropped if a PC makes his Deduction roll. The type/level of the clue depends on how well the PC made his roll.

    1- Not as far as I know 2- Sure why not, they are subject to other limitations as well 3- Again why not 4- I'd say at least 2, maybe more 5- That's why it's a limitation you lose them equally. Yes it acts like the old Elemental Control does.

    Actually if you have DESOLIDIFICATION you walk through walls etc but never "fall" through the area beneath you. Does the Earth's gravity NOT affect DESOLID?
