Re: What Have You Watched Recently?
Here's the only story that I can verify. A guy wrote "Against the World Crime League" script in 1999 and put Burton in there as a Blue Blazer. Supposedly Richter said in a Starlog interview (that I can't find) that BtiLC was "essentially" the BB sequel. I think it's all just wishful thinking, but clearly, because of Richter's influence, the two films have a very similar feel.

Of course it is true, the master of Sinanju is sublime in his wisdom, patient as the mountain, loving and kind. And if you say differently, he'll stack your body parts like wood.
Re: The cranky thread
Funny story. My VP and my Senior Director left for Japan and my usual backup left on vacation. So, I'm the boss. I told my boss that I'd skip the funeral and he told me to "stop being stupid" and found me some back up. It won't be easy, but it's a 3 hour drive and the funeral is on Tuesday at 10:00 am. If I leave the house at 6:00, I'll have plenty of time and I can drive back home after. I just wish I could have gone with her.
Re: The cranky thread
Jennifer's brother-in-law lost his struggle with cancer yesterday at 4:00. She's gone home to South Carolina to comfort her family. Please keep them in your thoughts.
Re: Make Your Own Motivational Poster
Then you are correct. No fighter I ever played would have been able to survive that encounter. In fact, no party I've ever been in could have survived. The highest level character I ever played was a 21st level fighter that I played from 1978 to 1983 in about 1500 hours of gaming. He had a +3 sword.
Re: Quote of the Week from my gaming group...
I think the best a normal human could manage would be to try and hug a marine around the waist like a small child hugging their parent.
