Is the Nazis moon men or the moon men Nazis?That is the question.

As much as i like the Matrix,steampunk style always caught my eye.Wish i could run a campaign like that.

Mercs like Lazer would be interested in it if money or gain is in it.I can see Bulldozer losing and complaining that everyone else is cheating.If Fire Wing is in it he would be one of the top favorites.

Trying to reinvent the Island of Dr Destroyer and looking for new ideas on traps and all around nasty things to throw at my players.Any ideas?

My only recommendation, if you are planning on the confusion a language barrier can bring, is that you teach bulldozer whatever language Thor is using.  As they're engaged in a drinking contest, at least the two of them have a method of communicating. 

Loki most likely has a simple spell for Dozer to communicate with Thor

(Although honestly, with his Personality description emphasizing his arrogance, thin skin, quick temper, lack of restraint, and penchant for killing people who so much as annoy him, I'm amazed so many villains are willing to work for him again. Maybe he particularly respects other powerful people.)
 

I just finished reading Birth of Raven and i seen a lot of Super Villain teams but that team sent a shiver down my spine and i thank you as i am going to use them in my setting.Nicely written and again thanks

Ah, isn't Baron Nihil a Nazi and Joseph Otanga an African.  Unless I have seriously misunderstood what it means to be a Nazi, there might be issues.

 

Doctor Yin Wu is a luddite in the extreme.  Dude has a Psychological Complication (Common, Strong) for his hatred of technology.  He would probably have a hard time working with Warlord and Interface.  There's also that despising Westerner's thing.

 

It would be fun to watch the fireworks in that group.  I think instead of fighting them, the good guys should grab some popcorn and coke and watch the show. 

I think master villains might not be the way to go,To much ego and after Luther,Braniac,Sinestro and Grodd most of them are 2nd tier villains,Plus you need that one villain who not only leads but keeps the others in line.

Using the Champion villains,put together a Legion of Doom from the Challenge of the Super friends and go?

I am working on a story arch where like Vandal Savage sends his younger self the technology to win WW 2 (JL animation style)Dr. Destroyer pulls the same thing and the only ones to stand against him  is a Freedom Fighters type of group.Like Earth 4(i think that was the#).One of the members get a hold of the time travel tech but instead opens a dimension rift to my currant world.

If i run a master villain i try a few mock combat to make sure the fight goes more than 3 rounds and if it doesn't minions or for the PCs agents or police can interfere in the fight 

When creating a fictional city you want to put as much detail as you can to make it its own.You are doing a great job and i can't wait to see more.You are an inspiration and best of luck with this.
