I'd like to start by stating how completely weird it is for suits to have belly buttons, and it verges on creepy when you realize it's just the women's suits.
 
Omni; She was just a normal teenager in the year 2243, well until her powers manifested. And what a doozy that set of powers was. She could channel past lives into new physical bodies. Each past life a superhero in their own right. Sometimes the change was weird, like Andrew, the telepath, could only be channeled as his 10 year old self. She gets flashes of their lives when she shifts, past heroic deeds, successes and failures. These flashes have given her experience far beyond her years in the continuing battle against Mechanon...

I totally want to be a contestant on So You Want To Be A Superhero. 
 
The O'Malleys were driving through Nevada on their way to California for Jim O'Malley's mother's funeral, when their car suddenly died.  Then, the doors all locked and the radio began flipping between stations, playing just a word or phrase at a time.  "You... will not... be... harmed... you... will... listen... you... will... decide..."  Then, a bright light shone on the road in front of them, and to their surprise Nana O'Malley was standing there, carrying a large parcel and a small picnic basket.
 
As she walked up to the car, Jim's window lowered an inch.  Nana O'Malley smiled.  "Jimmy, so nice to see you.  And my, how you kids have grown!  What are you, now, Tim, thirteen?  What a handsome young man you are!  I'm sorry I missed your high school graduation last month, Jenny, but I just couldn't travel."  Almost as an afterthought, she added, "Heather, you're looking good."
 
"Mom," said Jim, "what are you... I thought..." 
 
"Yes, I'm dead," she said.  "My own darn fault for smoking all those years.  But these nice alien folks came down and picked me up, said they're going to take me to a better place.  Before we go, though, I need to give you these."  She nodded at the parcel.  "They're suits, with incredible powers.  You need to use them to save the world.  There's going to be a big war if you don't find a way to stop it. I'm not sure how, but the suits will help.  I'll just put these in the trunk." She turned toward the back of the car, then stopped and waved the picnic basket.  "Oh, and I made some cookies for your trip.  I know how much you all like my snickerdoodles.  Heather, I put the recipe inside the basket, not that I expect you to use it.  But maybe Jenny might try it someday."
 
After she placed the parcel and basket in the trunk (which had seemingly opened of its own accord), she walked back to Jim's window.  "Now, you be the brave, strong man I know you to be, Jimmy.  And you kids, listen to your parents and do good.  I'm sure I'm going to be so proud of you."  Another pause.  "Heather, I suppose you'll do as well."  She walked away, ignoring Jim's pleas for her to stop and the family's failed attempts to unlock and open the car doors.  When she got to the center of the beam of light, Nana O'Malley turned back, smiled and waved... and disappeared. 
 
And thus was born The Omicron Family, aka the Greatest American Family.  Thankfully, they didn't lose the instruction manuals. (Well, Timmy misplaced his, but it helped having three other copies.) Using the suits, they managed to stop a rogue Air Force general from starting World War III, and went on to do many amazing things.

Congratulations on being the winner. I was waiting for that one more entery, and got distracted by things. The current distraction is Dome City.
 
Anyways, this group is called The Omegas. Father Omaga is a speedster who can run up walls and across water. Mother Omaga shoots energy bolts from her forehead and can fly. Miss. Omaga is superhumanly strong and nigh invulnerable, which ticks her off cause she wanted something cool and feminine as a power, like force fields and invisability. And finally there is Kid Omaga, who is hyper intelligence and hyper dexterous.
 
This family won there powers from the gameshow So You Want To Be A Superhero. They are contracted to use there powers for the greater good, or they will be repossessed.

Meet Wendy, the messenger of Death.
 
The Messengers are those who bring the soul to their afterlives.  Wendy died in the 1800's but death found her cheerful attitude so amusing he made her one of his agents.  Now she helps souls to move on to their next life, often helping them get closer before hand (Helps them do that last errant, say goodbye to someone they love, etc...).  She does her best to make people realize death is not scary, just another part of life as such...
 
I'm thinking of her like the old Cain and Able from Houses of Mystery and Secrets, where each of her stories start with her claiming the soul of someone, then we get to see an interesting story about their life...Often with a little bit of unfinished business getting done in the end (The weeping Widow smells a trace of her husband's cologne and knows it's going to be okay...)

I'm really pleased this thread is continuing so well. It....hasn't worked out on some of the other sites I and my co-gm tried to start it on. 

Johnny Banjo
 
Usually villains don't get to fight with music around but those that do have come to fear Johnny Banjo. One of the reasons why is that he'll start off by playing the Duelling Banjo  bit from the film Deliverance. This has the effect of unnerving them. Another reason is that that they cannot see him. But they can hear him. His music can calm people down and even put them to sleep but this can depend on their musical taste. It has been said that he once put one villain to sleep by playing Enter Sandman by Metallica

This villain comes from Spain and has become something of a celebrity. A mistress of disguise she has stolen several items in broad daylight like a pickpocket using sleight of hand. When this has been an item of national significance she has requested a ransom be paid to a charity of her choosing and then allowed its recovery. Theft seems to be something of a thrill for her and she has got around organised crime gangs and military security alike without harming anyone.There is a website dedicated to her exploits and it is rumoured that she is a member but the FBI and Interpol have yet to confirm this.When confronted with firepower she has remarkably been able to talk her way out of harm. She wears a domino mask in the colours of the flag of Spain. She emphatically denies a romantic relationship with her team mates although she hinted at romances with R2D2, Gojira and the original Zorro. 

Sanitos
 
The one member of the group that villains hate fighting is Sanitos as he works in the sewage industry. While he wears protective clothing other people are not so lucky. He can blind them, knock them out, paralyse them with a powerful stench or bind them. Jet  Stream is very useful in cleaning up the mess that Sanitos might make.
 
New Team: The Music Society
These heroes use music to solve and fright crime. This can be through song, playing an instrument or conducting. Any type of music from orchestral to acoustic, from jazz to pop to rock to heavy metal.
Up to 5 members with at least one woman.

Stalin's Fist
 
How she got her powers is unknown but the woman known as Stalin's Fist was seen from early 1943 after the fall of Stalingrad to the Russians until the end of the war. What happened to her afterwards is unknown but Stalin was paranoid and there were others who would do anything to protect their position. She was most often seen leading a second or third attack if an initial one was repulsed. Those who served with her said that bullets seemed to miss her in the same way that they avoided Wyatt Earp. She often recommended other soldiers for decorations in action whilst declining ones for herself.

She is the top Russian super-agent whose code name translates to Blue Fist Iron Star (or In her own country Siniy Kulak Zhelizanyn Zyek, and prase to Google Translate). She prefers her entire code name to be shouted, and dislikes anyone using a nickname (but they call her Siniy behind her back, and the English speakers mistake it for Shiny).
 
She is a bonified Russian superhero. She is formally of the military (and was let go when she lost her left arm, luckily for her a friend made her an artificial arm which can still change her powers through), and uses military tactics and her ability to charge blue energy through her arms to fight crime in Moscow.

I am going to give this to Ghost Angel. But to get JmOz as well as Bolo was a triumph.

Rakshasi- She is a member of the shape shifting race known as the I'quatari who was given the name after the creature of legend on one of her first hunts when she killed and partially devoured the Indian hero Titan before she was defeated by his ally the Azure Tiger. She has the ability to telepathically probe her target and find a trusted loved one who she will then transform into a duplicate of them and draw the victim in close before revealing her monstrous form and consuming them. She only leaves the skull as a trophy. She has a special hatred for Azure Tiger as she was denied her trophy and wishes to take Tiger's skull as payback.

Ike "Skrewdriver" Stieger is a tattooed street brawler neo-nazi skinhead sterotype and proud of it. Easily goaded and riled up by the other team members to go into a berserk rage and flurry of punches, kicks and headbutts.
 
New Team: The Hunting Party-Three aliens that have come to Earth to compete with other to see who can get the best kill.

The Cold Front-4 villains with ice or cold based powers. If this is a repeat idea I apologize as I haven't checked the entire thread.

Gaz Yakihara, a celebrated teen prodigy and scientific genius living in the year 2753 one day received a projected message from his future self warning about the risks of time travel. Despite this Gaz completed his T.E.M.P.O(Temporal Energy Manipulating Projector/Optimized) device and began exploring the time stream and became the heroic Chrono Kid. However in an alternate time line, an adult disgraced and bitter Gaz received a message from his teen self warning him about time travel. This Gaz, driven by paranoia and using stolen tech managed to create a version of the T.E.M.P.O device himself. He traveled to several time-lines killing versions of himself causing paradoxes and time tremors. It did not matter to him as he believed by eliminating his counterparts in time he was removing threats to his attempts to rule all time lines as the Chrono King!
 
 
 
 
 
New Team- H.A.T (Honour Among Thieves) 4 gentleman/women thieves who adhere to a code of ethics and carry themselves with style and aplomb. They treat theft as high art to be respected and not sullied by brutish actions.

Cassandra Casteele, billionaire business magnate and genius engineer, had everything she could ever desire money, power, influence, adoration of the public but one thing escaped her grasp....Majestic. The worlds most powerful superhero spurned first her romantic advances and then was forced to fight against her schemes and plots to dominant and forcible control him. Frustrated time and time again Casteele finally decided that if she couldn't possess Majestic she would create a copy of him that she could control. Utilizing genetic splicing technology and advanced cloning she proceeded with her task. However she was missing Majestic's unique link to the Omniversal Energy Matrix that gave him his array of powers and abilities. Enter the mysterious mystic known as Vartek. Vartek created a rune stone that would harness the Omniversal Energy and grant the duplicate power. Thus was born The Sovereign -a powerful being completely under the sway of the megalomaniacal Casteele. Sovereign classed with Majestic several times to a stalemate and finally they had a knock down drag out battle on the surface of the moon. Sovereign, not having experience with his powers, taxed his link to the OEM and was overwhelmed with energy and his body was destroyed. Casteele recovered the charred remains and demanded Vartek resurrect her creation. Vartek warned her of the dangers, but complied. The thing that came back was not The Sovereign, but a dark twisted shadow filled with nothing but hate. It slew Vartek and crippled Casteele and planned a much slower death to pay her back for enslaving it. Casteele was saved by Majestic however and the creature retreated to the shadows. It named itself Obsidious and eventually succeeded in destroying Majestic and now attempts to regain the power he once held.

The leader of the Savage Seven is Takashi Shimada aka Ghost Maker legendary ronin warrior. He takes a drug known as Quickblood to grant him brief moments of super speed and lightning reflexes that he incorporates into his fighting style utilizing handguns and a katana. He initially viewed the job of protecting the town as the same as any other, but now he sees this as a chance to finally use his skills in an honorable way. He holds no illusions about the upcoming fight and how the odds are stacked against the Seven, but he takes some solace in the belief that he is doing the right thing and that it may give him peace in the end.
 
New Team: The Doppel Gang- Six villains who are evil doubles of heroes(via teleporter incident, cloning, mirror universe etc)

Hombre Numero Uno, the heavily muscled, scar covered, Dia de los Muertos themed luchadore mask wearing man is a mystery. Rumors abound that his father attempted to toughen him up at age 6 by entering him in dog fights and that he killed his first man at age 9 and hides his face because it was scarred by acid or fire. Rumors aside, the fact is that he is one of the world's most deadly combatants whether it is in the kill or be killed world of underground fighting or as a mercenary for the cartels, criminal organizations and supervillains. Seemingly impervious to pain he is unrelenting and brutally efficient. He however hides something from his teammates. The last several years he has been plagued by PTSD and has horrible nightmares and hallucinations of his past victims. He took this job in the hopes of the overwhelming odds would force him to face and overcome his fears, but as the final battle looms he is barely able to hide his condition and fears this fight will be his last.

Redstone; once an ordinary space pirate, moderately successful, but that Big Score eluded him. His policy was to leave everyone alive, a tactic that kept him low on the list of pirates to capture, but also meant he only went after low risk jobs...
 
Until he found one of the legendary Stones Of AvarenShen, said to grant immeasurable power to those who find and unlock their secrets.
 
The stone slowly corrupted him even further, no longer content capture & release, small time smuggling, and just staying one step ahead. Redstone began a ruthless campaign of terror in the galaxy, amassing a fleet of dozens of ships now...

Lord Death.  Once he was an angel in heaven, one of the "Vengeance is the Lord" Type...then the fall came.
 
Spending time in hell was, well hell for him.  Yes the torturing sinners was fun and all, but he still had the nature of an angel, wanting to do good in the world.  Then when one of those cosmic crossover things happened he found himself on earth again...but he had to bind his soul with that of a mortal or he would return to hell.  He found Jane Johnson, 13 years old, coming to grips with herself being bi.  
 
Now the two share one body.  Jane is even more confused than ever, dealing with her sexuality, the fact that at times she literally transforms into a man (something she does not think of herself as) and that the Demon inside of her quite literally likes to rend the flesh off of mortals...

They steal with a degree of panache using smoke bombs and flash grenades before snatching the item they are after, posing dramatically and then disappearing. They disdain ram raiding or robbing jewellery stores on motor scooters preferring swinging away like Spiderman or teleporting.
The police however are in a bit of a quandary concerning the identity of this person as it could be a man or a woman, Maybe a shapeshifter ? Certainly Brio has appeared at all men or all women events and the only way that they could have got in is if they were of that sex. However the mannerisms are the same whether man or woman.
