So Hawkman held a tryout. Twinkle arrived, blowing the competition out of the water. Wearing a costume eerily similar to an old time hero from the past named Stargirl, Twinkle was clearly the choice for Hawkman. But does she have sinister plans?

Re: Rainbow's End and Beyond The Costume Killer The Costume Killer has returned to Randolph Glenn. Killing actor David Spade, one of the stars from the upcoming star-studded movie: The Champion: the Movie, which is being filmed in Randolph Glenn. Tomfoolery was the Costume Killer, and had killed paranormals before being captured by his teammates in the Champions of Justice. Tomfoolery was sent to a mental institution after helping the CoJ capture the Champion's killer. After the death of his beloved mother from Alzheimer's Disease, Tomfoolery escaped from the mental institution and the Costume Killer reappeared the next day. His former teammates believe Tom is being framed.

Re: Champion's Universe or your own I have three campaign that I run, and they all happen in the same universe. My universe would occur outside of the Champions Universe, and I never use anything but my own villains and characters. Having said that, if there was something I liked, I could certainly adapt it. And NPCs are almost always homages to something or someone. But to answer, my campaign would be outside the continuity of the Champions Universe.
