It's still there, the link is just a little hard to find. On the right of the main page, under Genre Pages, click the Champions logo. A selection of buttons will come up, click Online USPD. That will get you where you need to be.

Look up Cone under Area of Effect. If the cone has no range, it starts in the character's hex, but does not damage him.

I've finally been watching Trigun with the guys, and I always thought that particular power of Vash's was really cool, yet it was the one Jake didn't try to get for his character.

At one point, a player in the group I'm in played a character who's powers were based on Vash the Stampede from Trigun. He lacked one of Vash's powers though, and it's been wearing at my mind as to how to do it. How would one manipulate the trajectory of bullets in a gun fight one isn't involved in? I'm specifically thinking of the episode with the pistol dueling competition. Vash used his trajectory mainuplation powers to help others hit their targets, but making sure the shots were all non-lethal. I don't know how a Person A could effect Person B's shots at Person C. He could make Person B's shots more or less acurate, and always made sure that when Person C got shot, the bullet always hit in a way so as never to kill, and rarely to seriously injure. How do you make a character who can have that effect on other's attack powers?

If I have a character with an attack power bought with personal immunity, and I have duplication, are the duplicates immune to the power? Does it matter if the duplicates have the altered duplicates advantage at any of the various degreees?
