A guy can jump very far, but it is slow enough that while in air he could shoot someone, per se? Or have a sword fight with another jumper like what happens in BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA. NuSoardGraphite Posted January 24, 2015 Report Share Posted January 24, 2015 Leaping already does that. If you perform a "half-leap" you can still take an attack action as you leap. If you do a non-combat leap, the leap takes a number of phases (segments?) equal to the number of multipliers. so a x4 leaping multiplier takes an extra phase. a x8 leaping multiplier takes 2 extra phases etc. during those extra phases you can fire a weapon, activate powers or if someone is in melee range with you, exchange blows ala Big Trouble in Little China or Hero. no need to make a special power to do so. Shooting while in the air? A really long jump that mimics short-term flight? Do you want to be doing any stopping mid air or anything?
