Just noticed that Teen Champions is now listed as having a Mid 2005 release day. I've been waiting for a year, guys!

 

 

Seriously, though, I'm going to grab a copy of TC off the online store the moment it's listed. I'd preorder it now if it were already on the list.

As the sole Valiant Comics fan of old on these boards, I must suggest Harbingers at least as yet another example of teen supers.

 

However, I was never a huge Harbinger fan and think that the early New Mutants and to a lesser extent New Warriors did the teen supers bit about as well as it has ever been done. Add in Batman Beyond and Smallville too in case someone else hasnt already mentioned them....

Here's one thing about the Teen genre that I think many people would be inclined to overlook: In today's uber-security climate where you can get expelled, jailed and brought up on terrorist threats for writing a story about zombies that involves a high-school if you are a high-school student, how do you deal with high school when you're carrying a weapon (your superpowers) into school everyday? Why would you put up with high school when you can raise money from product endorsements or something and put yourself either through private school or skip right ahead to college?
