I'm afraid I have no information about an official Magic Items sourcebook, and Gadgets And Gear concentrates on technology. In the interim, though, I heartily recommend Robert J. Hall's Fantasy HERO Treasure Trove. His site has tons of magic items, plus spells, creatures and many other resources. This is for 4E FH, but most of this stuff is still perfectly usable. I have been hordeing his work for a long time... he stuff was originally posted on the Red October BBS wasn't it? He's put in a lot of work, and his resources are free. He deserves a lot of credit!
