It doesn't have to be long-lasting, but enough to distract an opponent (or even force him to stop what his doing to scratch the maddening itchiness)? Thnx! Bill. NND EB continuous, you scratch yourself causing the damage 2. mind control or mental illusion that just makes the target think they have a really nasty rash. 3.
