Kyle A.
I'm building a villain who has a powered armor suit. Inside the suit is an AI that I want to be able to operate the suit if for some reason the man inside is knocked out. How should a build that computer? Just give it some TFs and WFs and Combat Piloting and Driving along with a program or two? I know I could just hand wave it but I want to stat it out. The beautiful thing about building villains, you don't need to worry about total point cost. Multiform(Autopilot Suit) Trigger (When Character is Knocked Out) Make sure the second form has more BODY than the main form to represent the system covering the main villains BODY and then some. Make the second form nearly identical just with different Disadvantages and limited skills.

Mister E
Re: Powered Armor Auto Pilot This is a really interesting concept. The AI is obviously a Computer. In the suit of power-armor, it's basically an Automaton. The fact that it has an unconscious human inside of it, suggests it has vehicle properties. The power-armor, a Focus (or OIHID... or just part of the Villain) which belongs to the NPC, gets possessed by the AI (basically a new Character/Consciousness/Mind), who animates the villain to continue fighting... fly to safety... or whatever. One thing I would definitely do, is continue to record how much damage the villain is taking, even after the AI takes over.
Kirby
Re: Powered Armor Auto Pilot Or, what you could do, if humor is acceptable, is when the 'human host' gets beat, have the powered armor suit fall on its back, the chest opens up and a 6"-12" person comes out surrendering, but warning everyone to get back because he set the self-destruct to activate and the thing's gonna blow. When everyone gets back, the powered suit closes it's chest and sits up, then stands up. Then the guy looks up at one of the PCs and says "Huh, I could have sworn that AI button mean Auto Initiate the self-destruct. Guess I was wrong." CraterMaker
Re: Powered Armor Auto Pilot If you want a shorthand version, how about +40 stun, trigger (unconciosness) with the side effect of a couple major psych lims... -CraterMaker
