ShinDangaioh
Back before Magic: The Gathering turned Wizards of the Coast into a money machine, they had a Capsystem called Primal Order. There were tables taht allowed it to be used with multiple systems. Has anyone tried using Primal Order for their Fanatsy Hero or Champions game? Despite the work that Hero does or has done, IMPO Primal Order: Chessboards is still the best book on planes and planar travel.
megaplayboy
Re: Primal Order/Chamipons I love the idea of primal flux--in any champs game I run now, it's the underlying basis of any metahuman ability, usually indirectly. Dale A. Ward
Re: Primal Order/Chamipons I've never heard of it... Can someone point me to a review of it somewhere? Also, QuestionMan, would you be willing to post the ISBN number so we can check Amazon.com and such? Thanks.

Complete and well-written review at: http://www.rpg.net/news+reviews/reviews/rev_2459.html BTW, I have both The Primal Order and Chessboards and find both marvelously mind-stretching, especially Chessboards. Definitely not your standard RPG fare.

Curufea
Re: Primal Order/Chamipons 'tis a quandary - I've already well established "no multiverse" in my campaign - not just because of the inherent deus ex mechina it causes for plots, but also because it lessens the importants of the players actions. Also because I want a setting close to our own - sure there may be temporary quantum universes created at different times, but they only last nanoseconds. Planes and alternate dimension/universes add too much unreality to my game - it has enough already, any more and the game becomes farcical. That being said, after this campaign - it could be interesting to do a low-level fantasy, or possibly a modern/real campaign with planes and dimensions.
