But seriously: It's not a complete or in-depth list, but: there's more example powers, there are some weirdnesses that are clarified with things from the FAQ, there are some fixed typos, there are sections for toolkitting the system to the various major HERO genres (fantasy, supers, cyberpunk, pulp, and so on), there is an example combat. Really nothing except modifications to Extra-Dimensional Movement (same as described in The Mystic World). Otherwise it's just additional options and clarifications from the FAQ and some published books like the USPD. If you mean, what sections/subjects have been added to 5ER that weren't in 5E, zornwil briefly notes all of those in his page references. The "No Temperature Level 0 exists" line was eliminated. IFAIK, Regeneration is built differently. There's probably a few more. But I don't have 5ER yet.
