Richard Logue
The villain, Lady Hades, will have Damage Reduction for her primary defense. Easy enough. However, I want a staged DR build to define the SFX, and I'm having some difficulty putting it together. In essence, the darker, or more gloomy, the environment, the more Damage Reduction she gets. Any ideas here? Thanks!
Dust Raven
Re: Damage Reduction power build.... help! Buy the full 75% DR with Full Power Only In Gloomy & Dark Areas (-1/2). Done. If it's really dark and gloomy, she's got the full DR. If it's only dark but not gloomy, or only gloomy but not that dark, maybe she gets 50%. If it's not really dark or gloomy, but still a far cry from happy shiny, 25%. If it's light, happy, springtime, let's go tip-toeing through the tulips out, then she get's nothing. pinecone
Re: Damage Reduction power build.... help! Sounds right to me...if you want to (or if you really like writing things down) put down Shadowy DR 1/4, Gloomy 1/2, Dang it dark! 3/4....but thats a lot of writting for the same thing.. ghost-angel
Re: Damage Reduction power build.... help! This is a classic Partially Limited Power. 25% with no Lim, plus up to 50% with some Lim, plus up to 75% with more Lim. So yah - pretty must what Dust Raven said.
