I suppose Passive sonar - only when both are in contact with same surface? Except I see that passive Sonar is not listed in Hero Designer v2.37. The effect is more like...hearing I guess. Not accurate enough to be targeting, but accurate enough to get a very rough idea of what's moving out there. Detect: Ground Vibrations (A Class Of Things: 5 Points), Passive, Only When Touching The Ground (-1/4); 4 Real Points. if it's a Targeting Power it becomes: Detect: Ground Vibrations (A Class Of Things: 5 Points), Passive, Targeting (10 Points), Only When Touching The Ground (-1/4); 12 Real Points. Kelcyron I wouldn't build it as Spatial Awareness, but I'd definately use it as a basis of the actual sense. Build it the same way. Total cost: 24 points. Similar to Ghost-angel's construct, but a Large Class of Things. Options in the book add Increased Arc of Perception, Analyze and Sense.
