This kid used to be a typical Emo-Kid, but then a powerful diety of despair charged him with a mission to spread a plague of depression. RKA, NND (Must have something powerful to live for) 2. Mind Control: Only to Convince Someone to Give Up 3. Summon: Avatars of the Endless (Dream, Destiny, Desire, Destruction, Death, Delusion, Dispair); if you're going for the Neil Gaimain version. Tone it down to just the younger (Desire, Dispair, and Delusion) if you don't want to power-game it. Alternately, could simply be considered a Spirit Organization Contact. 4. Feel my Gloom Change Environment, Everyone gets a -3 to EGO rolls to feel anything other than depressed. +3 to stop any emotion other than depressed.
