You know, that could be an interesting campaign: As the superhumans start to get out of hand (or it is percieved so at least), the government decides that drastic means are needed (especially if PRIMUS has been taken some heavy hit). The solution: VIPER decides to turn over a new leaf (yeah right) and offers its services to the US government now that the Supreme Serphent has been deposed and all that nasty mind control has been swept away (or at least, that's what the ad agency advised we say).
