GrooveD70
Im running a session this weekend that will involve vehicle combat. I want this to feel like a ultra fast pace action movie. It will invole superheroes two motorcylces, a van, and an armored car. Any tips to help this scene to kick butt?

Vondy
Add at least 2 fodder cars that the heroes can take out with creative uses of the combat driving skill... The Victoria Games James Bond Game actually had chase resolution rules that required a certain number of vehicles be destroyed before the chase ended! Oh, and have a semi, big construction rig, or other vehicle back out in front of them so they have to take evasive actions. And windy roads with cliffs on one side are good, as is having to take a jump, or to zig and zag through alleys, parking garages, and glass fronted shopping malls. I recommend watching gone in 60 seconds.
Syberdwarf2
Set the chase in SanFrancisco. You know, on that same stretch of road used in virtually every movie made in America

Crimson Arrow
One of the 4th Ed Dark Champions books had lots of details for car chases. I don't know if the stuff in TUV is the same or similar. The monkey falls off a circus or zoo truck which gets damaged during the chase. It jumps around on the windshield, getting in the way. Try also (high kitsch value here): Roadworks. Meaningless piles of cardboard boxes (cf Starsky and Hutch). Market traders (usually with crates of oranges, for some reason). Glaziers moving a large pane of glass. Skateboarders/Rollerbladers. Someone losing control of a pram which goes into the road. The police.
