The character has a modified "pouch" implanted in their body which allows them conceal small objects (Allot like Heinlein's Friday has a concealed pocket in her navel). How would you model this?

Either it's simply SFX, or as a Skill Levels in Concealment.

 

+10 Concealment; Only Objects In Stomach Pouch (-1/2) [20 Active Points/13 Real Points]

g-a has a good version. I'd make the disadvantage depend on the size of the pouch as well as the universe you're in, of course; it might be good for rings and datachips, but it probably sucks for guns and knives. I'd probably make it -1 to -2.

I probably wouldn't go as high as +10. I'd probably go +5 (thats a lot), but if the effect is that they are incredibly difficult to detect, then +10 is fairly appropriate.

A Dick Tracy villain from the 1960s, the Pouch, had a similar ability. I've also wondered about it as a way of giving living things, built as regular characters, the ability to carry passengers and cargo in the manner of a Vehicle, like the Leviathans on TV's Farscape. So it's a pretty wide-reaching, if obscure, ability.

 

I like the Concealment bonuses for most of this, but a thought that just occurred to me is perhaps applying a Modified form of the Usable By Others Advantage to the character's PD, ED, and BODY.

Either bonus levels to the character's concealment roll, or negative skill levels to the searcher's concealment roll (IMO).
