Ninja-Bear
Maybe I'm overcomplicating things but I was wondering, does stretching, defined as elastic body (classic Plastic-Man), allow you to move your head as indirect (as much as 5th ed allows) for free? If not, how best to buy that ability? N-ray defense is hardened, or naked advantage indirect on sight? Thanks in advance
IndianaJoe3
Re: Rubbernecking Maybe Clairsentience (all appropriate sight groups), Limited Range (same as Stretching), Linked (to Stretching), Unified Power (Stretching), Lockout, Visible, Can't go through Barriers? prestidigitator
Re: Rubbernecking Hmm. Stretching allows you to stretch limbs. The head is a limb (or is treated as such by the Grab rules anyway). I don't see a problem with it, myself, though it might not be appropriate for all SFX. But then the question is-is the neck for UMA just considered a limb for those purposes only?
Narf the Mouse
Re: Rubbernecking My understanding is, if the character is trying to use Stretching to extend their senses more than occasionally, they should buy the appropriate advantages/adders/powers to change the location of their senses. Adjacent would probably work.
dmjalund
Re: Rubbernecking But unless they have bought a p[articular advantage, stretching ones neck, can make the hero rather vulnerable.
