I'm kind of stumped on the best way to do this. The Blast is 0END if used with the Entangle but if you decide not use the Blast it cost END.

 

I think this can be modeled with a Naked Advantage (0 END) for the Blast, Linked to the Entangle.

Yeah I was thinking some kind of Naked Advantage that dosn't work if the Attack is not followed through with.

My bad, I didn't do a good job of explaining what I want. The Entangle is the one we were talking about in the Portal Thread it teleports the person 2m directly above them and they reach terminal velocity so the Blast can't be used without the Entangle but the you don't have to decide to use the Blast as if you used the No velocity adder on the Teleport. I'm thinking I'm over thinking it and should buy the Blast at 0END and put an increased END cost on the Entangle only when the Entangle is turned off without useing the Blast. But thanks for your imput keep it coming :)
