Enforcer84 Posted September 16, 2013 Report Share Posted September 16, 2013 Have a speedster who can (but is not required to) leave a man sized trail of fire behind him when he runs. It's a rather clumsy attack in combat, but can have significant environmental effects. right now I'm using: 2d6 RKA with AE (Any shape, fixed: Trail behind character) No kb, Linked (lesser instant power can be used whenever greater constant power is in use). Anything else I should consider? Thought about Continueous and Uncontrolled but this is a pretty expensive (if less effective) attack. Also considered inaccurate.
