Tasha
I would recommend using any non-Hero Games character as a rough basis for a character. Use it as a concept, not get bogged down in doing a direct conversion. One difference between hero and other Superheroic RPG's is that powerlevels are flexable in hero. So if you do a direct conversion, you may make a character that is too weak or too powerful for your campaign.Other than that you can map strength to strength based on what a HU character can lift. I would do a straight conversion of the other stats. Buy Attack and defenses up to the levels of the campaign they will be appearing. Nadrakas
Not that I know of. Palladium takes a very dim view of such things...as in a "Cease and Disist Order" from their lawyers. ~ M
Shiva13
Is there any links on how to do this. im looking more for the attributes than anything I created a Rifts to Hero System conversion system many years ago that I distributed on the Champions Mailing List. So yeah, I know it's possible. But I won't distribute it publically now because of Palladium's practice of hunting down and litigating people who do conversions to death. That seems kind of self defeating. Even if the person in question isn't using the system they'd still be buying the books for the source material. Self-Defeating is the least, but most obvious of his problems the only think I'd add is that I tended to give + 5 Str each for Extrodinary, Super, and Supernatural Strength. As even their most powerful bricks were lightweights.
