Powered Bull Rush Attack

A PCs power is based around his ability to create a movable barrier.  It can only take the shape of a rectangular solid but it's dimensions can vary.  He has used it for a number of things; movement, attack and defense.

What he wants to do now is create a small barrier over his shoulder and charge the enemy.  It seems a little pointless to me considering he can already attack with it at range, however its his character and choice.

I was wondering how to build it.  My thought was as a HA attack with AOE Line.  The issue was do I need to incorporate an aspect that he has physically moved and also how would you handle the attack roll.  Because usually with AOE people target the ground but he would be attempting to target NPCs as he moves.

Any input would be welcome.

Just use the power he already uses to attack at range.

If what he wants is to make a Full Move and attack, design a Martial Maneuver that has the power as a Weapon Element and permits a Full Move.

Otherwise, using the power to attack but in a slightly different way is just like a brick deciding to kick instead of punch - just a different suggestion to the artist about how to draw that panel.

What's the difference between a palindromedary and a backandforthtrian?

If he wants it to be an HA attack, as opposed to just pushing people around, it is the same attack as he has, except with AoE, linked to movement. There's an example in 6E1 about a jetpack that has darkness as an area behind the character (I think in the darkness descriptor area). That should have any other modifiers I can't think of right now.
