Enimeis Of Jet Justice, Featuring Diabolon

Thanks; in case you were wondering about the cane that I gave him, I'd seen where you'd written that if he has

a chance before a fight, he would come up with some sort of device to give himself an advantage. So I figured

that he'd have a remote control hidden inside of something fairly ordinary-looking -- like a cane, for instance.

And here are the femme fatales who're involved in one way or another with our two villains -- Diabolika and Thaluna

(at least my interpetations of them):

post-10891-0-46516800-1436128512_thumb.jpgpost-10891-0-16217600-1436128541_thumb.jpg

I pictured Thaluna as having Vulcan-type ears; because of her crown, however, they wouldn't really show much.

The gauntlets that I'd included as part of her costume could be more than merely decorative; they could have

powers like those of a Goa'uld hand device (healing abiities, a close-range killing attack, and a ranged energy

attack).

As for Diabolika (considering who she's associated with), I decided to give her outfit a bit of a dominatrix slant.

And here's a femme fatale who's got designs on Jet Justice (in the way that Princess Ardala did with Buck Rogers) --

the Dragon Queen:

post-10891-0-66101500-1436236168_thumb.jpg

One of the major leaders of the underworld in the Chinatown of the Defenders' home city, the Dragon Queen

was attracted to Jet Justice from the first time that she saw him, along with the Defenders of Sol, on a TV news

broadcast following their first public battle against Diabolon's forces. Ever since then, she has been looking for

a way to win the handsome hero to her side. The only thing standing in her way -- as far as she's concerned --

is Milinda Terra.

As the head of a major criminal organization, the Dragon Queen has a number of resources upon which she can

call -- professional criminals, youth gangs, and corrupt officials in her pay -- to accomplish her aims. But the most

terrifying asset at her disposal is a group of Lin Kuei -- Chinese ninjas -- who perform whatever "wet work" she

needs done.

Nice job, Major. I didn't expect you adding members to this loose collection of no-do-wells.

.

And now for some plot seeds.

.

The Heater Robots: Diabilon sends forth five giant, city destroying robots to five different citys around the world. Once the heros destroy the robot, it releases a cloud of nanomachines who slowly start affecting the Earth's weather, making it more like Lucifer. The reason, Dabilon believe the planet is to cold for him, and decideds to 'make it more like home'.

.

The Great Scientist Snatch: Diablon sends his men out to adduct the smartest minds on Earth, in order to create his own portal device to come and go as he pleases. Double points if one scientist is female and a friend to the PCs.

Speaking of adding things, I forgot to add a bit of info to the Dragon Queen's post. She picked up the name

because of her choice of "pets" -- a half-dozen Komodo Dragons. Not only are they pets, they're also a means

to dispose of any underlings -- or investigators poking their noses where they don't belong -- who have caused

her "difficulties". And they're usually still alive when they're thrown to the dragons ( :jawdrop:).

Here's a hired assassin who could be on paid retainer to Sav'ge Magnus --Chakram:

post-10891-0-19384200-1436401772_thumb.jpg

His true name and land of birth unknown, the man known to international law-enforcement authorities as

Chakram has a long record of brutal murders to his name, all of which have been carried out using his

signature weapon, an Indian-made chakram. This particular weapon, however, has been technologically-

enhanced. At the moment of being thrown, an energy field is activated which enables the chakram to

slice through metal and stone as easily as human flesh and bone. In addition, internal mechanisms allow

the chakram to return to its thrower.

Chakram himself is an impressive physical specimen, with strength that -- while not superhuman -- is slightly

greater than the human norm, the result of long-term steroid usage. Unfortunately, this strength has come

at a cost, in the form of severe psychological ailments, of which the worst are sudden bouts of extreme rage.

NOTE: I'd originally wanted to do the pic with the mongwanga instead of the chakram, only to find out that the

mongwanga wasn't an available option in the FdH16 weapons menu ( ). Oh, well...

OK, here's the pic of the first of the two baddies -- the Terror Farmer:

post-10891-0-23437100-1436558122_thumb.jpg

He looks like this because of a batch of contaminated vat-grown food (he and his family had volunteered to

test some to see if they'd be interested in switching over from farm-grown food to lab-created foodstuffs);

while his family died from the contaminated food, he wasn't so lucky. Instead, he was mutated into a being

possessed of superhuman strength, and his face was severely disfigured. Using a burlap sack as a mask

and using a scythe as his weapon, the man now known only as the Terror Farmer has gone out into the

world on a mission of vengeance against all who would seek to replace "true" food with "lab-grown abomin-

ations".

Quote: "As they have sown, so shall they be reaped -- and I'm only too glad to do the reaping."

And here's Diabolon's robot servant -- 1GOR:

post-10891-0-77903400-1436559042_thumb.jpg

1GOR is particularly well-suited for both close-quarters and ranged combat, both in the air and on the ground.

The alien alloy claws on its hands and feet enable it to tear all but the strongest Earthly super-alloys to shreds,

while the plasma flamer built into its mouth enables it to breathe a jet of flame powerful enough to penetrate

the armor of a MBT.

For flight, 1GOR has a flight pack with built-in wings; in an emergency, 1GOR can accelerate to supersonic

speed for a brief period of time (long enough to evade pursuit).

1GOR's armored shell is strong enough to resist damage up to and including light anti-tank weaponry.

And finally, here's Chakram's brother and partner in crime -- Mongwanga:

post-10891-0-79192900-1436559942_thumb.jpg

Like his brother, Mongwanga takes his name from his signature weapon, in this case the African multi-bladed

weapon known as the mongwanga. While it is designed and intended for use as a throwing weapon, in the

hands of Mongwanga, it becomes a devastating close-quarters weapon.

Like his brother, Mongwanga is very strong, but not superhumanly so; in his case, it comes from extensive

physical conditioning rather than steroid use. As a result, Mongwanga is a more dangerous fighter, as he

doesn't allow rage to get the better of him in combat.

NOTE: I was wrong about FdH16 not having the mongwanga as an option, I simply didn't realize where it was in

the menus ( :stupid: ).

Well, Mr. Wicked only has one thing in mind, aductiom of women for 'fun' and profet. Diabilon, on the other hand, sees women as a big perk of the job of being a Space Opra Villain, since his main goles are wealth and power. By the way, Wicked's life span in most campaigns is mesered in days (as once heros learn what he is about tend to forget their Code Vs Killing).

Yeah, there is that -- but then again, I seem to remember that the Wicked family has managed to survive for

generations by means of their morally questionable customs. So I think it'd be more than likely that, even if

the current Mister Wicked were to shuffle off the mortal coil due to the actions of a superhero (or superhero

group), it would only be a matter of years before a new Mister Wicked appeared to pick up where his pro-

genitor left off.

At lass, the current Mister Wicked (Reginald Wicked) and his sister are the last known members of that bloodline. That might change, assuming he survives till Milinda Wicked's 18th to 21st birthday (depending on what the world has planed for him, and his little person selling empire).

Note: I just like the name Milinda, so I used it for both Mister Wicked's sister, and Jet Justice's girlfriend.

One of Diabolon's newest, and most cruel, terror weapons -- the Atrocitron:

post-10891-0-77659000-1440226540_thumb.jpg

Controlled by an organic brain -- usually taken from someone close to one of Diabolon's enemies --

which has been outfitted with neural control implants, an Atrocitron is a heavily-armed killing mach-

ine which the pirate mastermind has only recently begun to deploy since his arrival on Champions

Earth. Armed with a rapid-firing Pulsar Gatling gun, two antiarmor missiles armed with plasma war-

heads and four claw-tipped tentacle arms, an Atrocitron is more than capable of laying waste to a

city block in a matter of minutes. Defense against weapons ranging from those available to the

police to those possessed by military units -- such as TOW missiles and light cannon -- is provided

by a built-in force field generator.

Normally, these mechanical horrors are deployed singly; when Diabolon is in a particularly "sharing"

mood, however, he will send up to six Atrocitrons to spread destruction and terror over a wide area.

What makes it so difficult to fight an Atrocitron is the knowledge on the part of the defenders that

not only is the machine being controlled by the brain of a friend or loved one, but also the knowl-

edge that the only way to stop the machine -- and to end the suffering of the victim -- is to destroy

the brain controlling it.

Never heard of Ming's Men of Frost until now; my idea was that Diabolon was trying to think of some kind of weapon

to use against the Defenders, and was looking at various Earth technologies for ideas. At the same time, he was

also amusing himself by watching Earth movies and television, and happened upon a showing of Terminator: Rise

of the Machines. He was immediately impressed by the tracked Hunter-Killer Robots, and ordered his scientists to

create something similar for his own use. While they were able to create the basic machine without difficulty, they

were unable to produce a control computer which could cope with unexpected situations; it was at this point that

one of Diabolon's spies brought word to him of a brilliant scientist who had made advances in the field of computer

heuristics (programs which allow computers to "learn" from experience) and robotics. Diabolon therefore gave the

order for the scientist to be kidnapped and brought to him, where he could be forced to work on the robotic killing

machines.

(I rather like the idea of Ms. Peacebill's father being the first unfortunate victim/brain donor; if nothing else, it would

give her boatloads of motivation to come up with ways to fight Diabolon.)

Ming's Men Of Frost were the second agent type Ming uses in the animated show Defenders Of The Earth. His main force is his Ice Robots (which give Flash and company something to destroy without troubling parents and the busy bodies who monitor children's television in the 80's). The Men Of Frost were Earthlings Ming had adducted, then placed into a machine which sprayed them with a coat of frost. Somehow, that coating allows Ming to suppress any warm feelings they would normally show, and Ming can manipulate there actions. They also gain the power to shoot ice beams from there eyes.

Visually, the Men Of Frost were all bald, light blue in skin color, and blue eyes with no puples. If they need to go out unrecognizable, they wear masks which make them appear to be blonds wearing sunglasses in three piece suits.

Of course, Dabalion would never use such a thing. He can barely stand 70 degree weather (claiming that it is to cold). Imagine what he would think of 0 degree weather?

A random thought of Diabolon's:

"These humans must indeed have some knowledge of the Infernal Realms...Why else would they say 'When Hell freezes over'?"

Captain Trident sometimes has more problems than Diabilon to deal with. Like the amphibian criminal bully Bruit X (an early test subject for the project which produced Captain Trident himself, before they decided on the power suit addition) and Seaweed (an old magical hag specialising in magic around water, especially sea water, summons sea monsters, and controlling storms). Meanwhile, Paul Luka sometimes has to deal with a rival ex-MMA fighter Joe Morrow, who is upset that the MMA barded him from competition because he killed someone in the octagon, and his vacated title was won by Paul.
