ScottishFox
I've been running a game for awhile now and needed a break. Convinced one of my long-time D&D DM friends to take the reigns for a few weeks. He was sweating bullets, but by the end of the session he was getting the hang of it. Resistance is futile. They will be (Fantasy HERO) assimilated. WaywardSon, Trencher, tkdguy and 3 others

lensman
ScottishFox, clearly a testament to your guidance. Did the replacement GM have any experience with HERO before? How long have you been playing HERO?

With the resurgence of 5th edition D&D I was able to get back to GM'ing and then hijacked a table for HERO. My friend had played HERO with us for a few months and has a ton of DM experience in D&D. It was mostly the number crunching that was messing him up.
