Recently they announced a new government sponsored local response unit, Alpha Force , made up of hand selected registered Metahumans to help local authorities root out crime and reduce the public's reliance of independent "criminal vigilantes". Option 2: Legacy of C.A.I.N.: In 1996 an android was created to explore the harshest environments on earth. Something went wrong and CAIN became self aware. After years of terrorizing the corporations that made him CAIN disappeared. A recent break-in at a XST Research Facility indicates someone is trying to recreate the android. Option 3: No Man's Land: Following the Annexation of Suceava, the Corporation for Global Environmental Operations, or GEO as it's more commonly known, was placed on the US's Office of Foreign Assets Control's Specially Designated Nationals And Blocked Persons List barring commerce with anyone within the United States or it's protectorates. This trade embargo reinforced by 166 UN member states. However, events will force the heroes to cross the no man's land between Romania and the most well guarded country in the world.
