  3. Re: Companions of an Uncertain Fate I would hate to see it end, as it honestly has been fun. That being said, I am pretty much screwed over availability-wise for at least the next month. At my job, I typically produce 30-40 'units' a week. Now that same military that kept Starwolf away last night has decided that they want 300 units... in 3 weeks. And, a month ago, they cut the work force at my job to the point where there are 4 departments, and I am the only one in two of them. BUT: I do think that the Hero 6th Maptools project is worthwhile, and do not plan on stopping contributions, time and energy permitting, of course.
  4. Re: Companions of an Uncertain Fate this is dalt's roomate, he got stuck working over, not sure when he'll be home, he wanted me to post this.
  5. Re: Companions of an Uncertain Fate I don't sees it.
  6. Re: Convertiong 5e FH to 6e FH I really don't think there is a reason a straight port of a 5e character to 6e would not be just as effective. Most will suffer some point inflation from the decoupling of Characteristics, but the other semi-major changes (the loss of the Independent Limitation, for example), affect items that a typical FH character doesn't actually pay points for. Magic is a possible exception - if you used an EC to simulate a Magic Pool, then the change to Unified Power will add a few points.
  7. Re: Companions of an Uncertain Fate If you need time, take it. Things happen, and I don't mind waiting for the dust to settle.
  8. Re: Companions of an Uncertain Fate I'm hoping to be there tonight. I felt like crap all day at work, now that I'm home we will see if a couple hours of temperatures 20-25 degrees cooler gets rid of this headache and makes me feel like doing something besides sleep.

  11. Re: Genre-crossover nightmares It's been done, though not under that name. A buddy of mine, who loves zombie movies, did a search on Netflix and ended up with "Otto; or, Up with Dead People", which is apparently an independent effort (so independent that IMDB has no mention of it) at shooting a 'documentary' about the growing phenomenon of 'gay zombies'. The small part of it that I saw seemed basically an exercise in filming guys making out with one another, with the addition of zombie make-up. Not my cup of tea, and it definitely had more emphasis on 'gay' than 'zombie'.

  13. Re: 6th Edition Mega-Scale and Movement If you only buy 1m of Teleport, any use of it (Megascale or not) is a Full Move, so that would be a reason to buy at least 2m.
