  1. I don't know if there are any magic players here

    and magic uses a world based system as opposed to a character based system

    but here are my interpretations

    martial throw 1_mana.pngW_mana.png instant

    Tap creature opposing target creature(blocking or blocked by).

    The creature tapped lags.

    (does not untap during it's controllers next untap step)

    Draw a card at the beginning of your next upkeep.

    martial block 1_mana.pngW_mana.png instant

    Untap target creature. It gains +0/3 and may block an additional creature until the end of turn

    Draw a card at the beginning of your next upkeep.

    martial disarm 1_mana.pngW_mana.png instant

    Return all enchantments to owners hand and unattach all equipment on target opposed(blocking or blocked) creature.

    Draw a card at the beginning of your next upkeep.

    Hawmaker W_mana.png sorcery

    Target creature gains +2/0 and laststrike (it does its damage after the combat phase at the end of combat)

    Draw a card at the beginning of your next upkeep.

    martial dodge W_mana.png instant

    Romove Creature from combat.

    (A creature removed from combat does not deal or recieve combat damage. Creatures blocked by it are still blocked)

    Draw a card at the beginning of your next upkeep.

    martial grab W_mana.png enchant creature

    flash

    When this resolves, draw a card.

    You may choose not to untap enchanted creature.

    When enchanted creature untaps, sacrifice martial grab.

    Enchanted Creature gains:

    +0/+2 and tap.gif an opposing creature (a creature blocking or blocked by it)

    and Tap enchanted creature if it is not tapped.

    If enchanted creature is tapped, the creature it tapped does not untap during untap steps.

  2. Re: Leaping

    d=(Vx)*t where t=time in the air and Vx=Horizontal Velocity

    h=Vyt-(1/2)gt

    t=2(Vy)/g where Vy=vertical velocity

    Vx=V*cos(A) where V is the total Velocity and A is the angle on the leap

    Vy=V*sin(A) where V is the total Velocity and A is the angle on the leap

    If leaping at 45 degree angle

    d=(V*1/sqrt(2))*2*(V*1/sqrt(2))/g = V^2/g

    t=1/2d

    my Grond would be creative lesser god, somewhat more driven than enlightened

    there would be some perfect order Grond once thought he saw

    but puny humans ruined Grond's perfect constructions

    Grond gets flashes of insight "buildings should be leaning n each other in opposition and support"

  5. Re: Create a Villain Theme Team!

    Smithers is alumuni-gator, a race created by Cobra(long dead) of bipetal alligators with neural vegetation implanted in the long cavity of the upper jaw, cold blooded and genetically not human at all. When the video evidence was discovered of Smithers killing a human scientist in a death roll, no one was surprised after all that is the nature of a species. Some suggested putting him down for his killer instinct while the Independent Gator Nation in Louisiana demanded Smithers be questioned. Smithers is after all sentient, He was once the lab assistant of Cobra and claims as such he was trained to save lives. Cobra being a geneticist did not want experiments dying in the lab. However. Smithers confessing to being Cobra's lab assistant 20 years ago made the case suddenly like the Nazi trials for Nuremberg. No one cared about Smithers claims for innocence and the video evidence was damning.

  6. Re: Doomsday!

    Beast would find an appropriate rock surface to record his shadow when from the radiation blast burns him

    and would then pose for the flash burn photography

    Sunset (Dragon) would hide in the Ocean

    Icarus (5 dimensional spider) would teleport to safety. The extra-dimension space he occupies is still subject to heat

    Claim Jumper

    This toad man is adept in camillian camouflage, shadowing and tracking. He can smell people on a determined mission and will follow them secretly to take advantage of their quest. He has a sticky tongue and can grab objects from 20 meters away escaping by leaping great distances.

  8. Re: Why Your Heroes Shouldn't Kill

    Who would the criminal community want to get rid of more, the Batman or the Punisher?

    Here are a few disadvantages to being a lethal force using vigilante (i.e., Punisher)

    1) Criminal won't surrender to you ever. They know you will just kill them. Batman always takes them in alive so giving up might just avoid a beating.

    2) The Police won't cooperate with you. It's illegal, and any who do would be accessories before and after the face. At least Gordon doesn't have to worry about that.

    3) The Mob would cooperate to get rid of you. When Batman goes after one Criminal Enterprise, it's in the best interest of their rivals not to help. After all, they might gain new territory and profit opportunities at least until the Dark Knight turns his attention on them. With a vigilante just killing any criminals it's best to get rid of him by whatever means necessary. Not only is he targeting your men, but you as well. No one is safe, and working with the other Mobs ends the threat ASAP.

    4) A Vigilante will eventually kill an innocent person. That's the cliche, isn't it? In every story were someone decides killing criminals is right someone will use that against them. Someone will be framed and then revealed to be innocent after the vigilante kills them. Then you're "He's cool because he gives the criminals what they deserve" reputation turns into "He's a mad dog killer who murdered an innocent man".

    5) All the classic "bring them in alive" heroes will focus on you. You're giving them a bad reputation. You're endangering innocent people. Sure, Punisher might be able to give Batman a run for his money in a fair fight, but then again Batman doesn't right fair. Oh, and that doesn't take into account what happens if Punisher empties his clip into a shadowy figure and into to light steps a man in red and blue with a S on his chest.

    Iris (a butter fly flaps it's wings in china)

    flight: 40 m

    Gust of Wind 20 m Flight Usable against others area of effect line mobile (moves with the air it carries) last 1 turn

    Effect moves Iris also though she may leave the stream as anyone else caught in the jet

    Characters in contact with a surface are moved by 10m in the stream unless they brace

    If two streams should cross, a telekinetic whirl wind is summoned

    If three streams should cross, a tornado is born

    Iris has spacial sense via the air velocities around her. She has a deep appreciation for the subtle and unique (which extends to mutants). She is more likrly to consider suggestions than follow commands. A restless force in promoting diversity. She is like to throw nob sequiturs to stir the pot.
