Re: Lemme tell you a story... My campaign involves the newly-created fourth incarnation of the Northern Guard, Canada's official government-sponsored superteam. I originally expected this game to be a bit more serious in tone, but my players definitely have a silly streak, so we're running with that. The two big sub-plots that have been developing in the story are: [*]The Return of Dr. Destroyer. In my campaign, Dr. Destroyer is considered to be dead after the Battle of Detroit. The group is definitely not ready to take him on, but the group is starting to piece together that he's still alive. [*]The second Northern Guard team. Numerous incidents have made the team aware that the second incarnation of the Northern Guard team completely disappeared around the time the group officially disbanded. Naturally, they're curious about what happened. They've started to make contact with other heroes who know bits of information about the various members. [/list=1]

Oh, wow. That takes me back. Wasn't there going to be a Justice Machine supplement for V and V, or am I misremembering?

Yeah, I'm *really* interested in Urban Fantasy as a genre (and it still seems to be a trendy genre, if In Nomine, Vampire, Exalted, Unknown Armies, etc. are any indication), and I'd love to see it treated well. I suspect that trying to coerce more than a passing reference to Urban Fantasy into the Fantasy Hero book would cause a lot of loss of focus, but I'd still really love to see it. Please, please, please consider an Urban Fantasy sub-genre book!

I didn't like the way the GM's screen was folded. Gimme the old-fashioned "surround-screen" any day.
