  1. Re: Character Art So, besides Mitchell, any of you guys (gals?) picked up a copy?
  2. Re: Champs Worldwide Questions Does anyone have a complete list of all he Tiger Squad members that have been shown so far, and where they appeared?
  3. Re: Character Art Mitchell, I took the liberty of posting a link back to your FOW review over on the Blackwyrm Games site. It's in the same thread as my review of the M&M version. One quick question for you, who are your favorite characters from the two books?
  4. Re: Character Art Good job. If you happen to swing over to the Blackwyrm site, you can see the mini-review I wrote for the M&M version of the book. Your's is much more detailed than mine, and as far as your writing goes, it's fine so don't be so hard on yourself.
  5. Re: Champs Worldwide Questions Thanks for the info gents. Just a few more questions. How many members of the Tiger Squad will VVV cover? Will it just stat out memebers that have been mentioned in previous products, or will it include info on members we've never seen before? Also, who's doing the artwork for CWW & VVV? And lastly, when are the Canadian and British books scheduled for release.

Okay gents, I'm considering picking up a few new source books, and looing at Demon. Someone what to give me the low down? How's it rate in your book? Good info?
  8. Re: Champs Worldwide Questions I'm mainly interested in the Chinese Tiger Squads, Japanense, and British heroes. How much coverage do they get?
  9. Re: Character Art Mitchell, now that you've had a few days to review the material, care to share any more of our views on the book?
  10. Re: Character Art Unfortunately, I have to wait a few days before I can even find out if my copy arrived. I need to get back to a US port, and then try and track down all of my mail.
  11. Re: Character Art Just crank out what you liked and didn't like about the book. How many vehicle write ups are included?
  12. Re: Character Art Mitchell, once you've had a chance to completely read through the text, how about posting a review of the book? Also, I second his vote for full size maps, I even started a thread asking for the same thing over on the Blackwyrm message boards.
  13. Re: Character Art You can also drop the good folks at Blackwyrm a note over on their message boards - http://www.blackwyrm.com/forum/
  14. Re: Character Art Dave, have you guys ever considered releasing a full color version of the books on CD? It might make it a little more affordable.
  15. Re: Super Prisons without Super Tech The ACLU, and any other human rights organization would have a field day with most of those suggestions.
  16. Re: What Champions Books Would You Like Published in the Future? 1) Updated adventure modules 2) Kingdom of Champions with material starting in WWII detailing British superheroes up until the early 21st century.
  17. Re: DC's turn toward the dark I'd really like to be a fly on the wall during the editorial meetings they have. "Hey, I know, we can have Alfred shot him." "Yeah that would be cool."
  18. Re: China Sourcebook Or, how about this Asian Champions/Champions of the Orient source book providing information on Japan, China, (with sidebars on Hong Kong) and more info on the various Tiger Force squads, Korea, Malaysia, etc.
  19. Re: Supervillains and the death penalty As I posted before, if they didn't have a Hunted before, they will now.
  20. Re: Supervillains and the death penalty Plot line aside (and yes I would flesh this out a little more), if you knew the guy was innocent, would your character still allow him to be executed? If not, how far woould your character go to stop the execution?
  21. Re: Supervillains and the death penalty Sure thay can, and if your charcter didn't have a hunted before.....
  22. Re: Supervillains and the death penalty I worked as a Corrections Officer and then and Jail Officer for seven years, and I heared "I dind't do ot", or "The cops set me up", blah, blah, blah every day of the week. So it's not unusual for guys to swear they didn't do until the day they leave, die, or win an appeal. Oooops.....I missed that, gotta start reading all those WWYCD threads.
  23. Re: Supervillains and the death penalty Hmmmmm.....I just thought of something for a plot seed. Villain X (use whoever fits the bill in your campaign) is scheduled to be executed in 72 hours. He requests to see one of your characters. Once your character arrives, he tells your character that although he's commited many crimes in his lifetime, he didn't commit the murder he was convicted of, he's being framed, and asks your character to help prove he's innocent.
  24. Re: Supers and the law How well do law enforcement agencies work with your characters?
