:D Here's hoping the rumors are true with Grant coming back to DC:D

As for creators ... Byrne's art is great ... his storytelling is okay. As long as Claremont has nothing to do with it, we'd be all good ;)

Gods! I know what you mean. I'm really not looking forward to these two teaming up on a up-coming 6-part JLA story arc :(

What continuity? The DCU is more screwed up(not as bad as Marvel's post-Onslaught) now then it ever was before Crisis the only ones who couldn't keep track of all the different Earths were the Marvel Zombies;) ;)

All kidding aside I wouldn't flush it all, I would just move those things Earth II back to Earth II, etc. etc.

As for Byrne, it's just my opinion but the words over-rated and hack come to mind.

  3. Crisis on Infinite Earths was just a dream and one day DC will believe it's time to activate the "Dallas" Protocols:

Carrol Ferris-Jordan wakes up one morning and hears the shower running, goes into the bathroom and finds Hal in the shower. She then goes on to tell him about the strangest dream about red skies and purple lightning...

We could then just write off everything since Crisis as a case of too much "Queen Special Recipe" chilli. Extra spicy of course. :D of course with Grant M. coming back to DC maybe we will get the long awaited Crisis in Hypertime and things will be set aright.

I've been ordering from them ever since. BTW, what is the S&H on Fantasy Hero? The usual 3 or 4 bucks or is it more like 5 to 6?

4.95 for standard and 10+ for priority mail.

But then what do I know... I'm just a film critic...

    Two possilble answers to this:

A: This is Tom's grandson, they never use his first name in the movie.

B(My first choice) this is the Tom from that live action/animated cartoon from the Bannana Splits Show who when he finally got out of those caves found himself some 30+ years in the future :D

I also liked the fight scenes mainly because they didn't use the slow-motion/wire-fu stuff which I just don't carefor.

The write-ups use T'port w/megascale, which is all good. What I don't understand is, why do the write-ups have the Cost Endurance limitation? Teleport normally cost endurance, so it shouldn't get that limitation.

    What am I missing here?

I don't have my books with me right now ( I know shame on me:p ) but I believe normally vehicle movement doesn't cost END.

I like this! But to make sure I'm on the same page this would be a "Melee" only MD/R and to do both Ranged and HtH would require buying MD/R twice?

Now to see if my GM will allow it (of course if he doesn't I still have the stretching method:D )

  8. My TE games has yet to get going yet but in our Champions game, our power-armored hero Sentinal is secretly a Hzeel scout who was sent to spy for an upcoming invasion, but has decided he likes Earth. And Andromeda, a mentalist/brick is half-Varanyi.

  9. My campaign world has slowly evolved this way over the last 20 years or so. It started out as a typical D&D world and piece by piece I eliminated much of mysical elements (always using a in-game reason, for example, early on, halfings were killed off by a magical plague created by a wizard who had a real dislike of them and later I lowered the amount of Mana in the world until only a rare few can cast spells) and my players have found that a "standard" human is very dangerous foe indeed.;)

The toughest part I've found is you have to make interesting NPCs for your players to interact with.
