In the meantime, let me know if you might be interested in collaborating on the Lewis Carroll commissions as a separate thing. I'm interested in beefing up that character line for my own campaign (assuming I get to run it some day), and I'd be willing to help contribute to some of the artwork funding (especially for my own character, Jabberwock that appears in one campaign that my friends and I have run before and may start up again). Re: Hero Images Jared: Looked over the creator's web site... He makes direct reference to trying to emulate the style of X-Men Evolution, which is why it looks so familiar to us. These appear to be a mix of free hand and some possible computer work. Doesn't sound like a program is involved from the little I can glean from his postings. Let me know if that turns out to be wrong though! Keith

Re: Hero Images found out a few details about the creator of these images... You might be able to follow up with him to learn more about how he is making them. He's been posting on a foum at comicbookresources.com under the nickname "RonnieThuderbolts". Here's a link to his profile. Re: Hero Images I don't know the program that created those images either, but they strike me as looking very familiar in style to something else I've seen... A little like the Just League Unlimited, Legion of Superheroes and X-Men Evolution animated shows... If you do find the program that created these, please pass it on! Keith

Again, these are a bit dated, but would work great for Pulp Heros or for cities like Gotham or Fawcett City that are a bit more dated in the look and feel of their streets and people. Re: Police Miniatures and similar figs Yeah, it's the MEGA minis SWAT team that's in the Hero Online store. They do for place holders, but I'm not a big fan (again if they work for other folks needs, more power to you!). Found another set, this time by Copplestone Castings GANGSTERS line of figs. They have a more dated look about them, but would fit in nicely beside the GCPD figs from HeroClix: Copplestone also has a Future Wars line that has some nice cop figures. This line includes several cops sets, MIB figs (double as detectives) and a hsotage rescue squad that would work for SWAT teams:

I'm adding some pics of the Foundry Figs after checking them out so others can see what they look like too: Some of the other figs in this line would also make nice street thugs and villain henchmen/women. I especially liked their SWAT team alpha figs. On a different note, I have seen the SWAT team figs on the Hero Online Store, but I didn't really like the figs that much (personal preference bias on my part, others may love the figs!).
