I've noted that on a lot of comics[specifically DC and Marvel] There's been revisions of old time villians and some one issue wonders [like Solarman and the Sentry] so here's what the phantom wants revised in the new CU: FOXBAT: kill 'im off for god's sake and at least replace him with a serious sociopathic persona that will give his costume some serious lethality like the Green Goblin from SPIDERMAN Corrupters of All I haven't seen them in any of the new CU books so create a new group with the same names or different names and powers. Thunder & Lightning : Instead of them being a husband and wife, let them be a brother and sister who got into crime because of a misunderstanding then become heroes due to a hero's belief in them. Infinite Man: I know you guys kept him off the New CU but please at least make him a major league threat. at least on the par of Galactus.

In high school he breezed through with high honors and made many friends among them Terrence Daniel'TD' Washington the school's running back and his girlfriend Frieda Lane,the sprinter on the track and field team. Unknown to his mother however Micheal has been trained as a ninja by a family friend of his father and has taken on a career as a vigilante called the Bronze Tiger armed with ninja weapons and high tech devices to outsmart criminals and murderers. He has battled crime as the tiger for three years until he was kidnapped by agents of a terrorist group called ATLAS. Along with his friends he was experimented on by exposure to a peculiar radiation called the Q'rrym Effect which originally would have done one of two things;either twist his mind to evil while granting him super powers or turned him into an inhuman monster. Due to a burst of extradimentsional radiation the merged with the Q'rrym energies it did empower him but amplified the positive side of his mind. bursting free of the restraints, he helped the Champions battle ATLAS,slamming Peacemonger into a wall of electronics,severely burning him and necitating the need to be rebuilt as a cyborg.

Hence the program ,secretly called "Alpha" became the famous institution we came to know as Champions High school. It's funding has endured throuhout WWII and the McCarthy era due to its successes inenhancing the Heroic legends of the Golden through the Bronze age of Heroics. the program underwent through many changes with the introduction of modren technology and all new teammates,the most recent being the "Paradise Island " Incident in which many normal teens were transformed into mutants and paranormals and the events of 9\11 in which TEAM ALPHA was dispacthed to help the rescuers dig out the survivors of the towers' destruction. Relations with other agencies Supported by the superherocommunity,CHS is also on good realtions with both UNTIL and PRIMUS, unfortunately VIPER hated CHS because of Team Alpha's interference of their many 'enterprises' likewise PSI,the IHA,and DEMON had some unfavorable encounters with the famous teen superteam. The Building: CHS is based in many high schools that are fitted with special equipment and training facilities and are based in the campaign cities that are listed above. There are other CHS facilities that are still in the works. Classes/courses: PTO Training Hero Support[sidekick] Partnership Workshop AI creation Basics Acceleration Training Danger Room Training Coustume Design Heroic History Superheroic Gadget Design Communication workshop Advanced Acrobatics Vehicle Design HQ design Criminology Dance/Martial arts Mad Science Whlie registering each student will be teseted to determine the extent of his abilities and levels of power according to the origins that are filed in his or her biofile. These files will be upgraded for each time the young hero(ine) trains in the Dangeroom that is called the Arena. CHS is based in many high schools in many cities among them are Med City NC, New Arkham NJ,Millennium City MI,Vibora Bay LA,San Angelos,San Francisco,Bay City & Los Angeles CA. Hidden within these high schools are special classes that offer students the cirriculum as shown above. The duration of the school year of CH is 8 years as opposed to a regular school year for it is beleved that that more time a hero needs to train the more detailed is his or her training,thus in graduation the neophyte hero or hero team is given a costume, codename,communication devices and plans for a headquarters to be built in the city of thier choice.

This may be an old article and an old idea but I've been purusing the books for ideas for new disads and I came upon some from Palladium Books' superhero RPG HEROES UNLIMITED, a assortment of new Pcyhological Limitations that can be linke with your PC's Origin. It's Called Power by association and I'm gonna list some down below. POPEYE Syndrome:Hero gains super powers by eating [he believes] a kind of food[Like POPEYE, ] digests the food and ZOWIE! Instant powerhouse. Daylight syndrome: Believes that his powers come from daylight and that he'll lose his powers at night. Nightime syndrome: Vice versa only the hero loses his by dawn. Magic Words: Hero believes his power will activate by saying magic words,the more original the better. POWER Objects Hero believes that his object gives him powers[an amulet,a stuffed toy,a baby blanket] I know it sounds corny but think about it, some of the lesser known supers may have these origins or just the disads. Here's the phantom's Challenge, create a PC with this Pcyh Lim in his disads and include an origin story that details how he gained the disad along with his powers. :cool:
