  1. Re: The Enimies of The TED, featuring Malhkronos
  2. Re: Champions Villains Volume 4: Fan Favourites Me? I realy don't mind myself if Cryptic owns Doctor Dair or Queen Nightmaira. Since I don't "own" LF and only herd of him, I have no ideal what the original creator thinks about this. (His writeup is proably easy...lots of Darkness power, prehaps a Change Enviroment, and Folowers).
  3. Re: Champions Villains Volume 4: Fan Favourites Humm...how many charaters are we talking about for the book? And, is eveyone who is posting mind if there villians become property of Cryptic? Because if this project is done, then ownership of thoes charatersgoes to them.
  4. Re: Champions Villains Volume 4: Fan Favourites Humm...it would be nice if this project could happen. But I think it falls under "don't hold your breath". Another sumition is Queen Nightmaria, her monster maker Monsterin, generic Brick Nightmariean, generic Claw Nightmariean, and The Court Of Hate (a supervilian group of evil magical girls featuring Lady Anger, Lady Fear, Lady Pain, and Lady Sorrow). Adventure: Queen Nightmaria sends the Court of Hate to Earth (compleat with a Nightmariean or two) in order to 'harvest' the dark emotions such a rampage of monsters would cause. She plans to use the emotions gathered to feed upon it and grow stronger. Adventure: A heroic magical girl from Earth has caught Queen Nightmaria's atention. She orders the Court of Hate to kidnap her so that she can be destroyed and converted into the Court of Hate upon her reserection. And if she can't be reserected, well one less agent of mystical good to worry about. Adventure: Mystical refugies from Teroka 'land' upon Earth. Thay want to recrute the PCs as part of a force to remove Queen Nightmaria from Teroka. Can the PCs do it? Will the PCs do it? Adventure: Finaly, Queen Nightmaria feals strong enougth to appear upon the Earth herself. Towering over eveything, she declairs the Earth hers, and starts a campain of destruction to make the lives of the earthlings miserable so she can feed. Can the heros stop her? Masterplan: Basicly, Queen Nightmaira needs to 'feed' on dark emotions she causes to survive. He plans involve maeking the lives of all around her miserable, and of conquest to stop/prevent others from being able to reverse this.
  5. Re: The Enimies of The TED, featuring Malhkronos Quote: Prehaps, in time, you will learn that my way was corect, and it was indead beter to conqure the past than protect the present. But till then, I shall give you this as a small reminder... Personalily/Modivation: Malhkronos is convinced that The TED would of worked beter as an armie to invade the past than a police force to protect it. He slowly came to regreat joining up. He longs for the good old days where he could kill others at will and listen to them scream in agony, and not have to worry about murdering someone's ancestor. He had taken the downfall of his first plot personaly. This, he spends most of his time to hunting down and murdering field agents, makeing shure to torcher them first.
  6. Re: The Enimies of The TED, featuring Malhkronos Thanks, psyber624, for the advice. Anyways, I am done with this charater's math (except for corecting it when pointed out my math being wrong).
  7. Re: The Enimies of The TED, featuring Malhkronos History/Orgin: "I leave this recording to thoes who dair to go after me. I am Malhkronos. Hear my name and tremble. Before the events which formed the TED, I was a war hero. We drove off that...b*tch to her home dimention. There seemed to be nothing left for a warrior to do. Then the thieth of the timeship happened, and the TED was formed. I leaped to the chance to be a warrior once again. But war was not to be. Instead of a warrior's organization, we became a police force. And all that squandering of materials...the opertunitys lost for conquest. Eventuly I could stand it no longer. So I put into place a plan to kill Director Mainline and blame it on Profesor Timely. Then I would clame leadership and set our sites on conquest. That was not to be. Paradox and Templtion, I shall never forget them, nor forgive. I shall destroy the TED, then I shall torcher both of you till your both on the edge of life. But I will keep you both alive but helpless to do anything but witness the glory which is Malhkronos.
  8. Re: The Enimies of The TED, featuring Malhkronos So far, so good, but still not compleat. I hate it when the site kicks me off when I am doing a long writeup, and I have to relog. Next up: His 'black market' nanomachien powers, perks, tallents, skills. And, if there is still log time, complications.
  9. Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Grim and Grave DiGigger are the two guys who drives a modified herse and coffin shaped motocycle, respectivly. Thay at times also act as henchmen for The Purple Hood. Thay don't seem to know why. Grim sounds like Borus Karlof, while Graves sounds like Bella doing Dracula.
  10. Re: Champions Villains Volume 4: Fan Favourites Doctor Dair, a villian of my own creation, was my slight homage to Carman Sandiego (as both are 'big' thieves who will not kill). Both are mostly in it for the thrill. Err, forgot the "adventures" section. Adventure: Doctor Dair is one of the few villians who uses ARGENT tech who has acualy bought it with money, and not stolen it or 'forgot a payment'. Now thay want him to help shake down some supervillians who are late with a payment. Adventure: What's the best way to get your name in the paper? Why, steal the entier office building where the paper is published from, AND the printing facilities also. Remember, Doctor Dair thinks BIG (which is why he is called Doctor Dair). Adventure: Why steal a simple artifact from a museam when you can steal the entier museam, then decide what artifacts you want to get rid of at your leaser? Adventure: Doctor Dair is invited to join with GRAB on a caper (as both he and the group simply do not kill). But can Doctor Dair stand not being the boss? Can he follow Black Diamond? Masterplan: Doctor Dair steals things, and not small things. Like the headquarters of the superheros while thay are away. He never harms the objects he steals, and almost always returns them after a while.

  12. Re: The Enimies of The TED, featuring Malhkronos Yes, I know it is incompleat. I'll compleat it later.

  14. Re: Paradox Timely of the TED (6ed, PG-13) Increased Healing to 5d6. Am also starting Malhkronos in another thread.
  15. Re: Champions Villains Volume 4: Fan Favourites Well, I never ran into him (or ran him), but The Lavavitor Fog was always always a faverote concept. An openly gay mutant who is able to generate clouds of lavater colored clouds in his area. Flamboyant thieth with gay musselmen henchmen. Adventure: The Lavavtor Fog wants to own a piece of old Hollywood...mainly the slippers from The Wizard Of Oz. Can the heros stop him before he is off the see the Wizard? Adventure: A hero catches his fancy, so he tries to ambush and aduct him. He plans on, well, if the hero is that way, fine...thay get it on and well...if not, well, he dosen't want to rape the pore thing...he hasen't thought that far ahead in the plan. Adventure: His openness has atracted lots of unwanted atention. Now captured, someone has placed a hit out on him. The heros are asigned to protect him. Can thay? Will thay? Adventure: Someone rich and openly gay has hiered him as a bodyguard. Will he doublecross him? Mabie he dosen't want to doublecross him. Or he might be there to steal something he normaly will not get a chance to steal. Master Plan: He is not a mastermind...simply a flamboyant superthieth. Most of his plots involve stealing something 'big', and hopeing to excape with it.
  16. Re: Paradox Timely of the TED (6ed, PG-13) Thanks for your advice. I'm trying to make this charater playable in as many campains as she can with the mimimum of adjustments for campains. That is the 'fate' of NPC heros. I'll go over what I wrote in my notes and give an improved version which would be less useless.
  17. Re: Paradox Timely of the TED (6ed, PG-13) List of TED villians (so far): Dirty Tom Rackham: Time/Space Pirate. You know him from the Mister Wicked thread. MajorTom2009 might grace us with his crew (or not). Caption Cronos: Wanted for the mistermeaner crime of 'time medeling' (and not with much effert). You know him from VV3. Cronosaurous Rex: Time traveling evolved T-Rex from a cross time dimention. DALCYB-1: Another crosstime evil being. Looks like a cross between a Dalick shell and a Cyberman,
  18. Re: Paradox Timely of the TED (6ed, PG-13) Thanks. I deduced Healing to 2d6, made it for STUN, and removed can heal limbs. By the way, any served limb breaks down imedetly, so that nobody in modern times can study it for the nanomachiens. (*acualy, that would make sence*) Thanks to MajorTom2009 for the pics and background on the TED heads.
  19. Re: Paradox Timely of the TED (6ed, PG-13) Meanwhile...here are a list of other members of the TED (this is comming off memory, so it is probaaly incompleat). Note: MajorTom2009 can easly expand on this (as he already has). What he post on background of the charaters trumps mine. Director Mainline: A no-nonsence director of the TED. Slightly paranoid about 'future changing'. Kepted suplied with Pepto by his secretary/bodyguard. Profesor Justin Timely: Paradox's father and head of science and invention for the TED. Just as excentric as his daughter. Melody and Grace Timely: Sisters and Paradox's mothers. One is in charge of the public face of the orginzation. The other handels the day to day acounts for the secret para-police side of things. Tempitan Fergus: "Time Flys". Special agent in charge of tempral resques. Gazer McGee: Top 'Gazer' agent. Scaner of the timeline searching for abnomilities and disterbances. Nobody knows his first name. Timithy Masters: Head of mantance. Jellous of Profesor Timely. Name looks familer... Sunny Dhail: Cadit, traning to be a full agent. Always chearful is she.
  20. Re: Paradox Timely of the TED (6ed, PG-13) What do you sergest to do to save both powers, but make them both worth while?
  21. Re: Paradox Timely of the TED (6ed, PG-13) Fixed it to give her Healing instead of Aid. Someone might want to recheck my math. I have one of her rouges down on paper: Malkhronos. Should I do a fress thread for him, or just add him to this thread?
  22. Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! The Freekshow is a group seven thieves/sideshow freeks who are also expert racers. Only three of them race at a time in one vehical...the others may basicly join up for a crime and then jump into whatever vehical to excape if needed. Thay are: Rosco Sawedoff: Midget who dresses like a 1920's gainster. Tinny Tena: The fat lady with a beard. Legs: The Amazing Armless Man. Usaly paired with... Max Armstrong: Legless strongman. Robert Bando: The rubber man contortionest. Pins MacNeedle: The man who feals no pain. Sword swallower and human pincushen. Fred and Willma: Contorted twins, one man and one woman.
  23. Re: Paradox Timely of the TED (6ed, PG-13) Campain Use: Paradox is a perfect hero charater to show up to take cair of skill related problems so that the heros can concentrate on fighting the villians. She is also a charater to get the heros in to stories based on time travel. And she could also be a hero to introduce to the fight against Mister Wicked (if your ever going to use him, no mater how you rewrite him). To increse her power, increse her skill levels and equipment. Prehaps, if you see a need for a new nanomachien based power, she could have one also. To decrese her powers, you might decide to weken her nanomachien powers or reduce or remove some skills. Remember, in her mind combat means she did something wrong. She is not ment for pure combat (othoe she can protect herself if need be). Apperance: Paradox is hard to pin down, but when she is not pretending to be someone else, she is a woman of avrage hight and weight, with a good size bust and hips, with alburn hair and green eyes. Her two main outfits are her 'work outfit' of a blue and white mini-dress with aproprate belts and badges, like all female members of the TED. When in combat, she shapes her outfit into a skin tight armored looking blue and white outfit (so she can move without getting cloth caught into something).
