Yeah he had Heighten Attack twice and level 8. So a lot of hurt!

None. I use V&V to roll up a character, then I take the powers/skills to come up with a background idea. Then I use Hero Designer to stat them up to how I feel they would look in Hero terms and post them. They are free to use, so if you see something you like, grab it, modify it, and use it!

OK, I have an idea in my head about a magic system where you pay for each spell individually, but the spells are on a communal charge system. Let me explain, Lets say the mage has 8 charges per day on all the spells. But if he uses three charges to use his Fire Bolt spell, then all the spell now have five charges. If he then casts a Detect Magic, then all have four charges. I am thinking this would be an additional minus one (-1) in addition to any other charge limitations it may have. SO?????

I'd check out the UNTIL source book. It looks like a flying base they had in that book, all stated out. It was originally to be used as an anti Dr Destroyer unit, IIRC!
