Me thinks that Dystopian is too strong a word for the campaign setting I envision.

Mayhaps given the examples I have made it should be A New Hope! Kidding just kidding.

A new thread coming near you for a new titled campaign setting.

The Algernon Files has two Sanctum Sanctorums plus some other interesting resources.

Project Superpowers, Wanted, and Necessary Evil - All dealt with Villains through nececity becoming heroic.

Brave New World, Extreme Earth, and Black Summer. All feal with corrupt governments.

Kingdom Come, etc... All dealt with fallen Superheroes.

Tough choices, especially adapting to Champion Earth.

What If?/Else Worlds - The Axis won WWII? Who are the Resistance?

The games systems were clunky, but the settings beautiful. 

It is time for HEROphile GM's to introduce their own Adventures.

The villains to join in the initial defence of the earth

Ironically I created a Drain/Suppress gadget that targets END & STUN just enough to keep someone Unconscious!

It prevents the need for Heroes or Villains to be Blood Thirsty.

Nazi World actually sounds like a great idea the number of resources available with the publication of golden age champions will definitely make things easier

Greetings HEROphiles, i've been doing a lot of reading and reviewing and supporting others campaign settings.

Premise : The PCs are superheroes in a dystopian champion setting I will be drawing inspiration from Brave New World, Exteme Earth, and random sources from my comic boxes

Introducing a NEW player is like a trial period of employment. First an interview (coffee shop meeting), then a shadowing (Invite the new player to watch a session), and finally a review process (A group vote).

Interviewing a new Character is easy. Follow the Character Creation Guidelines, Character Background fits setting, and finally a Solo Play test to work out the kinks (sometimes assisted by veteran player.)

Finally Introduction Adventure (Guest Starring Role), Mutual Needs (Skills or Powers beneficial to team), and finally chemistry (The unknowable quality that makes friends).
