  1. I'd be interested in seeing where things go. I'm a Dutch ex-pat in the USA. My experience is mostly 3rd edition Fantasy Hero, with a small sprinkling of 5th and 6th Champions. Those two aside, I would also be interested in a modern-day (non-Champions) game, or a martial arts focused one. Note: I do not have a webcam and no desire to acquire one, so Discord is cool, but Zoom isn't, for me.
  2. Thanks! I'd love to hear what you have. My HERO experience is mostly 3rd edition, with a smidgen of 5th quite some years ago, and any work already done to help me on my way can only make it easier to get back into the groove.
  3. Note on TTS: I'm not technologically challenged, at least by the standards of most gamers, but the interface is really unfriendly if fine motor motion is not your strong suit. My arthritis made it impossible to function well in TTS, since I kept knocking things over, and it became frustrating, and eventually painful due to joint strain. No such problems in Roll20, as long as you avoid trying to manually draw things.
  4. Hello! I am a long-time Shadowrun fan (since '92, more or less), and most editions of the system are ... impractical. Or atrocious, at times. Sub-systems don't work together, there's little cohesive design philosophy, and it's a mess to find stuff in the books, by and large. [Honorable exception to the 20th anniversary edition to 4e.] Now, I have become aware of a HERO 5th edition conversion that was made a decade ago or so, and that used to be posted on the Star Hero Fandom site, but the files there are mostly unreadable by the Wayback Machine, it seems. Would anyone have the one-file PDF (of circa 150 pages) version kicking around? The links to contact the author likewise don't work, either, I am afraid.
