Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Andy Abrahams is Ampere. He has the power to unleash electric energy. To do so, he must touch an object or person. Unfortunately all his physical abilities are still normal. He has the speed, strength and reflexes of a typical man in his early thirties. Things get worse, when the electric energy inside his body was not transferred for quite a while. Then the elctric currents become so strong that they interfere with his nerves and brain. He starts to forget things or cannot control his body movements. Sometimes he even has a seizure. Next team: Hangtime five robbers and burglars, all with acrobatic skills and superleap ability

Re: New character idea. To be honest, I had never heard of Illithid before. A few googling moments later I knew what you were talking about. I tried my hand at an Illithid in HM3. Is this vaguely what you had in mind?

Bolo did it, so there's no need to wait for my idea. I'll give to you all if I happen to be the last contributor in one of the next challenges.

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Fabricio Lucas Chavanelli from Bologna, Italy, was always a very aggressive man. Quick to anger and hot blooded to the extreme. This all seemed to end when he married Sabrina. He calmed down and led a good life for a few months. Then his super-aggressive tendencies came back. Sabrina stayed with him and tried everything she could to keep him from sapping totally. But one day they got into argument with eachother and Fabricio's latent mutant power was triggered. He can transform his body or parts of his body into solid metal objects. At this point he couldn't control the transformation. His arm transformed into a sword and he stabbed Sabrina. Fabricio spent the next 8 years in jail. After that experience he never got back on track. He developed his superpowers to a point where he could fight with amazing speed and deadly accuracy. He hired himself out as a mercenary and enforcer. He robbed banks and casinos. Fabricio wants to make up for the one big mistake in his life, the killing of his wife. He has created a bank account in Switzerland for his parents-in-law, but they have never taken a single cent of the over two million Euros. Only recently Sabrina's father has contracted cancer and cannot pay for the hospital bills. Will he now accept the money of Fabricio? Meanwhile Fabricio has joined a team of super-powered sword wielders, calling himself Il Condottiere. He usually transforms his hands into daggers or swords and his torso into an armor. When hit he heals superfast.

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Howitzer is Horst Steenbuck, a German cyborg whose left arm can transform into a huge gun firing plasma rounds. Howitzer is 7'2" tall and almost as wide. He is incredibly strong and tough. Howitzer prefers to stay in the back and cover the others with his plasma cannon. Horst has the typical mindset of a mercenary. He will do almost anything for money. And with his ugly appearance he needs a lot of money for his greatest passion, women. The German translation of his name is Haubitze.

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Suleika Ashkavutrinam was treated by the mad doctor and received her superpowers. She got strong and fast, but she also developed a hunchback and sort of a snout. Some even call it a trunk. Her new ugliness is her major concern and all she wants is to reverse the process and untie the animal's DNA from her own. She has little self-esteem and is very shy, though when someone taunts her, she might go berserk. She became known as the Tapir.

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Parashurama Clifford Browning, an Englishman born and raised in India, was always interested in mystic arts. His parents sent him to England though, where he went to a military academy. He became a young successful officer and was the pride of his whole family. During one of his adventure journeys on avacation in Papua-New Guinea, he joined the ruitual of a secluded tribe. The shaman/witch-doctor gave him a strange brew. Cliff swallowed it all in one big gulp. After that he was a changed man. He recovered faster from wounds and injuries and everytime he excerted his strength, he got stronger, faster and more resilient in the following minutes. He even reached super-human power levels if he only was exhausting enough energy. A few months later Clifford left the British military and became a mercenary. He sought and found other superhumans to add to his small elite group called Smash Ltd. The name he chose for his super identity is from Hindu mythology and one of the avatars of Vishnu. Parashurama has indefinite power levels, but to reach a new level, he first has to spend all END of the present level. At the next level he'll gain SPD, STR, DEX and lots of END etc. Cliff is 185cm tall and of average build but athletic to the bone. His appearance does not change with reaching a new power level (unlike the DBZ cartoons).

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Papa Tembo: is a mutant from Kenya. He is 12 feet tall and weighs 2 tons. Before joining Smash Ltd. he lived in the savannah as an outcast, because his tribe wanted nothing to do with him. Rumours told he was an angry beast and that he ate little children. Nothing of that was true. Papa Tembo has a gentle soul, but he is easily influenced by others. He has little self-esteem and just does whatever he is told. For now he is a member of Smash Ltd.; but be careful, when he finds his pride and his true identity, he will turn into a hero. Needless to say Papa Tembo has a strong Code vs. Killing, although he enjoys a good fight and doesn't care about property damage.

Re: The Millennium Bugs My first idea for La Cucaracha was to give him something like a 50% or even 75% non-resistant Damage Reduction. Would that be within limits?

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Vuvuzela: is a ruthless villain from South Africa. His voice is a sonic weapon. His constant humming can collapse buildings or create a field/area where no acoustic signals can be heard. He is a mutant and has various children all over the country who share his mutant ability.

The fifth android emits a certain radiation that reprograms the neuro-electrical funtions of your brain and totally shuts down the area of your brain that creates aggression. Under the influence of his "Brainbeams" you become totally peaceful. Sometimes though this power malfunctions and messes up the brain of the opponent, causing amnesia, mild to heavy psychosis etc. The android is called Gandhi and looks just like Mahatma, glasses, sandals etc. Next team: four low level supers working as a SWAT team for the LAPD. All of them armed and dangerous.
