Hal was lucky to escape Mon-El.  He's not getting past Big Blue, who has more experience and (inexplicably) more power.  At his full potential there's no barrier he could raise that could hold Superman and no blast that could harm him.

Superman all the way. Aside from anything else, he could probably just ask his old friend Hal to step out of the competition!

Mon-El is from Daxam, so this is still Krypton vs Oa part 1. :)

Gotta go with the Lantern on this one.  Even assuming Hal didn't leverage Clark's DNPCs, he's an intergalactic law man.  How hard would it be for him to score some kryptonite?

I don't follow the series, but if Hal had had a recent run in with a different Kryptonian with the same vulnerability, I think it's safe to assume that he'd have a stash of kryptonite somewhere he could get to quickly.

Superman: 11 + 6 = 17

Hal Jordan: 4 + 7 = 11
