2020 EYG Hero Games Forum NGD Award FINAL VOTE

Here are the finalists in this year's NGD Hero Games Award.  These are the comic creators who received a nomination and a second in the recent thread for this topic.  The top three vote getters from this list will earn their ticket into the EYG Hall of Fame.  

 

You may vote for your top 4 choices. 

 

The poll will run until Saturday, November 28th.

 

Only the top three in the poll will be inducted.  If there is a tie, we will have a run off (there will be no recounts)

I don't think there is a convention I've been too where I haven't run into someone handing out his comics.

I never understood the point behind Chick tracts. Were they really intended to change people's minds? The messages were heavy-handed and condescending, bordering on fear-mongering. And the logic was spurious, even from the Evangelical point of view. But at least the art work was substandard.

The biggest accomplishment might have been helping to frame a narrative other conservative Christians could rally behind, and famed in a way that the larger media groups would consume.

In their defense, when I first encountered one, I pocketed it, as I was on my way to a Boy Scout camp-out, and it made perfectly serviceable tinder for starting a fire.

Haven Walkur will be delighted that the creator of the Legion of Superheroes is now in.

 

I looked through who else was already in and who was nominated and nominated Shooter accordingly for her. I am really pleased that he is in as a result.
