My university can't afford the library prescription rates for Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society or Astronomy & Astrophysics, from the UK and mainland Europe respectively. Dunno if US journals are as bad overseas ... don't think so. Library subscription to A&A outside of Europe is upwards of $30k annually.
