While looking through an antique shop, she happened to find an amulet shaped like a knight on a pegasus. After buying it and taking it back to her hotel room, Elaine examined it carefully, found a phrase engraved on it, tried it on and whispered the phrase. Elaine vanished and a woman in the armor of a Waterdeep city guard appeared. It took Elaine a moment to realize that she had a new form. Furthur experimentation taught her how to summon a white pegasus that she named Brightwind, after a pony she once had. When she returned to the United States, she told her parents about her abilities. Her father, Senator Robert Kinsey, demanded that she use her powers to help him become President of the United States. When she refused, he threw her out of the house. She then offerred her services to the IST and was accepted. After training, she was assigned to IST San Angelo. While on temporary assignment with IST London, her amulet was destroyed, trapping her in her superheroic form. Since Brightwind was with her at that time, he can't go back to whereever he came from. Thanks. She uses the sword and dagger to either disarm or disable her foes. Oh, the CVK doesn't apply to evil undead. One last thought. She was going to be an actual officer of Waterdeep's city guard, the army of Waterdeep, (as opposed to the watch, who are the city's police), but I was having trouble doing that properly. If it does math that poorly, I'm glad I don't have a copy of it. Seriously, it's shorted your character like 26 pts. You could use that to raise her Pre, Com, Dex & Spd. Her initial write-up was going to go pretty late in the combat phase and be Con-stunned if she took like 14 Stun. A 4 DCV wasn't going to help either.
