I mean, I just bought USPD I, and I need to know if it's genuinely got the touch or is just a luxury option. 1. Hundreds of new superpowers not featured in USPD I, including four all-new categories of powers (Chaos & Entropy, Energy Manipulation, Hyper-Characteristics, and Spirit Projection). 2. An appendix with every writeup from USPD I that was changed, updated, revised, or corrected in the USPD Revised printing, so that people who have USPD I in its original form don't have to buy USPD Revised if they don't want to.
