tinfish52
i have just started reading the x men stuff again and i think that Husk's power is pretty cool. Basically, she can "shed" one form and transform into another. It's not multiform though, because she can adapt herself to what ever situation she is in at the time. Would this be more of a VPP? Redmenace
A cosmic vpp or an elaborate and diverse Multipower.
TheEmerged
In case you didn't know this, you can purchase a LOT of forms for Multiform under 5th Edition much more cheaply than you could unde 4th. So this might be the power you're looking for. I'll admit I quit reading Gen X a long time ago, but I never really saw that much variation in what her forms actually did. And from my own experience (one of my PC's has a 16 form multipower and I submitted a 26 form multiform character for "Name The Hero #7), I can say with some assurance that 32 forms or so would be nearly every effect you'd want to show up in a game One thing that might work for you is what I did with the submission I mentioned: write up the base form that pays for the multiform, then define the forms as differing only in how they spend the points the base form spent on Multiform. A 350-point Multiform with 32 forms would run you 100 points, and you can do an awful lot with 100 points across 32 forms...
Asperion
The is the way that I have always seen Husk was not as someone with a greatly diverse set of powers/abilities, but as someone who only has the ability to generate body armor by taking on the properties of various substances. The way that I would make Husk would be to give him basic armor with the SFX of whatever material he is morphed into at the time. If the GM demands that that is to versitile for basic armor, then I will either put variable advantage on the armor or make an MP filled with the various forms that he was able to shift into, more to come as he gains EP. Did I miss something is Husk a male now? I have not read marvel comics in about two years and think that would be very stupid. But heck they redue and rune just about every character once anyway. (With the "New" title "THE END" I hope they follow through and stop reduing heros.) P.S.: You are all forgetting the mane advantage to her multiple formss... Healing to full health Trigger when shedding old skin.
