You struggle with the Doctor over the weapon, which discharges and hits you point blank. After a blinding flash of light, you find yourself lying atop a mound of something soft. You turn over and find you're on a gigantic pile of socks, millions upon millions and none of them appear to match. Around you are piles of socks as far as the eye can see and no sign of anyone else. Preferably one in a laundromat, to minimize the oddity of having a superhero crawl out of a dryer. He would also wonder why Foxbat was masquerading as Doctor Destroyer...
