Nice, fills her role well. Some quick thoughts:

 

Her Teleport Fixed Floating Location is eligable for a -1/4 since it's part of the ring. It's only a point, but she might as well take it (imo).

 

I might trade out her Saw it Coming for something like an "I Sense a Weakness" offensive or killing strike; she already has a flying dodge and a big chunk of extra DCV from Precog, and a second dodge gets a bit redundant. She doesn't actually have to move when using her flying dodge.

 

That sense collection plus Telepathy should make any secrets of the PCs go away very quickly.

 

Pretty scary out of combat, and not the pushover the players might think in a fight.

Coincidentally I was just looking over some of the clairsentience powers in the Ultimate mentalist when I saw this characters (or was it?). Very nice design. She sort of reminds me of Destiny(?) from Marvel comics.

 

Yup, she does indeed. Definitely an influence.

Ah, and I liked Ing so much.........

 

This seems like the type of character that I wouldn't even bother to put points on. If its necessary for the plot, she knows exactly what the pc's plans are and how to respond. And when it finally comes time for them to beat her then some psych or phys lim applies and they manage to overcome her foreknowledge somehow.

 

I find that if I actually build this type of thing then it turns out to be too powerful and flexible for the pc's to beat. They come up with a plan, I think about whether it would work for a while and then realize that no, it won't. By not actually putting points into the character, when they come up with a cool enough plan, lo and behold, it works.

 

Note that I only do that with this type of foe.

I like how you built her with normal human characterisics and used Powers to build her up from there, seems more "realistic" than giving her a sky high dex/spd or something similar as a shortcut.

Quick question. Why did you buy Guidance three times? Would it have been cheaper to go with UBO Simultaneously x4. That would presumably allow each of the 4 recipients to choose how to apply the level.

Can's speak for KS, but that approach lets her give +3 to one target, +1 to three targets, or +2 to one and +1 to another. UBOS would mean all targets get the same bonus.
