Please check your seriousness at the door. Good.

The game will be Shadowrun, using HERO rules of course. I'm updating the marvelous Shadowpunk resource that translated 3rd edition Sharowun into HERO rules for the 4th edition of Shadowrun.

Now, on to the PC's

Cast of Characters.

The Physical adept Troll, with a passionate hatred of flying.

A Crazed Rigger who must be broken out of the insane asylum to start each game.

The most charming Face elf you ever will meet..

And "H" the well cybered mercenary leader who always has a plan.

"In 2052 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a corporate court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Seattle underground. Today, still wanted by the megacorps they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire...

....... the A-Team."

::cue music::

In the introductory adventure, a humble scientist contacts the team. Corporate hackers stole his most vital research for a new generation of rescue vehicles. The prototypes have bene converted into deadly attack vehicles that will be certainyl misused by tghe evil mega-corps.

the prototype rescue land vehicle has been converted into a heavily armored and armed luxury sportscar. Guided by a fully aware AI, it partners with a heavily vcybered driver. the Knight Automated Roving Robot is a deadly machine. Just as deadly in the air will be the Super modern attack helicopter, Aerowolf. In the possession of the mysterous group known only as F.I.R.M., the PC's must track this copter to its remote mountain base. The scientist asks the PC's to retrieve these vehciles if possible--he knows some others who may put them to good use in the future. His old buddy Santini knows a good helicopter pilot who could help out....

Now I need future game ideas. I A few others I have may tell you where this campaign is going

Epsisode #2: Lalalalalala

A Mage, driven possibly mad by the constant incantations of a group of nearby free spirits, hires the team to go into their home territory, and take them out. They may be small, and blue, but don't underestimate these evil malicious creatures. Look what they did to the poor Wizards Cat.....thank heavens for Cyber-limbs for pets! And who knew a cat could use a cyber-limb mounted weapon? And why doesn't this mage go after the spirits on his own.....

Ok got the idea? make it late 70's or 80';s (cartoons open as well) make it shadowrun connected, and deadly. And funny. I'm thinking of a way to kill the Thundercats off.

Thanks for your help.

Re: Hero-dom, Assemble! Odd Adventure Ideas/Inspirations sought.

The PCs are hired to drive and escort a tanker of something (petrofuel) or some unnamed material to a distant desert town... which is under attack from huge Awakened burrowing lizards. Once there, the town is surrounded by a rag-tag mob of go-ganger bandits led by the biggest, strongest troll anyone has ever seen (complete with face mask and giant handgun). So now they need to deal with the graboids on the inside and the marauders on the outside.

Re: Hero-dom, Assemble! Odd Adventure Ideas/Inspirations sought.

The A-Team is contacted by a couple of wealthy dowagers who claim that their elderly husbands were kidnapped for ransom by an eccentric scientist and his assistant, who were once in their employ but were fired for their bizarre experiments. The scientist has apparently allied with a clan of orcs who carried out the kidnapping. The women were warned not to go to the authorities or their husbands would be killed.

The team tracks the kidnappers to a formerly abandoned mining town, where they discover that the orcs are actually forcing the scientists to mutate animals to sapience so as to join their tribe. The orcs have also allied with other malcontents, including a nihilistic rock band whose leader has cybernetically-enhanced jaws, and a crazed mercenary who's a master of explosives.

The two elderly men are being held in a dilapidated theater, forced to watch the orcs and animals perform twisted, sadistic acts and plays, under the direction of their leaders, a mutant frog and his "mate," the princess of the orcs.

An elf wizard is raising a huge army of orcs and trolls with the idea of overthrowing the rule of man and establishing his own kingdom.... err.... country. He's been gathering military gear and other such equipment in a huge back tower out in the desert.
